Why the Owner Chose Hacienda del Sol I
We just simply love New Smyrna Beach! Hacienda Del Sol 1 is not a small, private 50 unit condo. Plenty of chairs around the pool, nice co-owners, great managers. You really get to know each other. Plus our section of the beach is a non drive (no Cars!) portion of the beach with long sandy beaches, not the shell. Oh, plus it is very convenient (5 minute walking distance) to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Born and raised in Orlando, my family spent weeks each summer at New Smyrna Beach. Growing up I continued to spend many weekends enjoying the warm water and wonderful beaches. Though we now live in San Diego, I make a point to get back to my condo several times a year.
The majority of my family still reside in Orlando, also enjoying the condo throughout the year.

the description and photos were quite accurate...we were more impressed as each day came...we felt at home soon. Very clean and comfy!! Ron...the manager... was very helpful and there when needed. A very convenient location...We were able to walk to one of our favorite restaraunts...."A touch of Italy". We know the area well and found it easy to get around. We hope to have a place of our own in the area someday....until then ...would like to come back and stay in this unit.

We had such a lovely stay at your beach home in August. Your condo was so warm and inviting, and by far, the best place we have stayed on New Smyrna to date. Everyone we ran into was friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and the kitchen was so well stocked with appliances and cookware, we never had to out to eat...which was a lot easier with 3 kids. We'd love to rent there again in the future.

We stayed in this condo the last week of June 2010 and loved it. It was very well maintained, clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. It was our first time at New Smyrna Beach and we are anxious to return. We would definitely stay at Hacienda Del Sol 1 again in this condo or another if this one wasn't available. I definitely recommend this complex to anyone wanting a nice, quiet, relaxing time on a beautiful beach. The listing description was very accurate and the owners were available for our questions.

Our family enjoyed two relaxing weeks. Your condo is conveniently located and very comfortable. Great fishing right in front of the complex. We enjoyed several great restaurants in the area including Off the Hook and Blackbeards. We all had a great time and we can't wait to go back.
