Enjoyed the beautiful view from the condo. Condo I stayed in was newly updated, was very nicely decorated and had good furniture in it. Great beach area with white sand. Not many sea shells on beach but very clean. There are lots of good restaurants there, especially Touch of Italy and Chases.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We tremendously enjoyed our stay at your condo. I would have to rate this as one of our favorite vacations to date. The accommodations at Hacienda Del Sol were top notch. The supplies within the condo were wonderful. We loved how small the complex was and how everything was not crowded. We would love to stay again next year and look forward to doing business with you.

We spent 5 weeks in New Smyrna Beach in January-February 2013. This condo is everything it claims to be! Beautiful and bright, with incredible views of the ocean. We even saw a rocket launch from the balcony!! The condo is wonderfully equipped and comfortable...although with the beach a few feet away, we spent more time outdoors!!!! Doug and Linda were absolutely great to deal with too...always communicated with us quickly, and everything was exactly as promised. We are already planning to go back in 2014!!!

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was great-even better than described in the VRBO listing. It was very clean and well maintained. There was everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay there again and also recommend it to others.

We had a fabulous time at the beach. We enjoyed exploring New Smyrna as much as lounging at the pool & playing at the beach. Definitely worth the long drive! Your unit was lovely. Lynn

the description and photos were quite accurate...we were more impressed as each day came...we felt at home soon. Very clean and comfy!! Ron...the manager... was very helpful and there when needed. A very convenient location...We were able to walk to one of our favorite restaraunts...."A touch of Italy". We know the area well and found it easy to get around. We hope to have a place of our own in the area someday....until then ...would like to come back and stay in this unit.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had such a lovely stay at your beach home in August. Your condo was so warm and inviting, and by far, the best place we have stayed on New Smyrna to date. Everyone we ran into was friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and the kitchen was so well stocked with appliances and cookware, we never had to out to eat...which was a lot easier with 3 kids. We'd love to rent there again in the future.

We stayed in this condo the last week of June 2010 and loved it. It was very well maintained, clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. It was our first time at New Smyrna Beach and we are anxious to return. We would definitely stay at Hacienda Del Sol 1 again in this condo or another if this one wasn't available. I definitely recommend this complex to anyone wanting a nice, quiet, relaxing time on a beautiful beach. The listing description was very accurate and the owners were available for our questions.

Our family enjoyed two relaxing weeks. Your condo is conveniently located and very comfortable. Great fishing right in front of the complex. We enjoyed several great restaurants in the area including Off the Hook and Blackbeards. We all had a great time and we can't wait to go back.

We stayed at this condo in July 09 and had a wonderful stay. The condo was nice, clean and quiet. All of the typical worries (AC work okay?, beds comfortable?)..everything was great!The view from the balcony was so nice and we enjoyed staying at a complex that wasn't as crowded. New Smyrna is a great place to visit the beach and a great place for families. The location is perfect for restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in New Smyrna and we look forward to visiting again! The Millers

Jim, We had a great time in your condo in New Smyrna. The unit was well-appointed and is in great shape (clean, plenty of towels & linens, etc.). The best part though, was the view (and listening to the ocean each night). We'll be back, and we'll recommend the experience to our friends!
