This no smoking, no pets six bedroom (one King / four Queens / one Pyramid), five and a half bath house has everything your family will need for a wonderful beach vacation. Enjoy expansive ocean views from the large professionally decorated great room, whether you're working a puzzle at the game table, reading in the lighted nook or watching a movie on the suede sofa and loveseats.
Meals are a delight seated at the large dining table, bar or around the picnic table on the screened porch. Cooking for a crowd is a pleasure in the very large, bright kitchen with endless counter space, all appliances, ample storage and a separate pantry closet.
When it's time to get away from the crowd, take in the ocean views on the second and third level decks or in the hot tub, read a book on the shaded porch or watch your own TV - each bedroom has its own TV/VCR. High speed internet/WiFi included!.
There's plenty for the kids (and adults) to do - splash in the private pool, relax in the ocean view hot tub, and play billiards or foosball in the lower level game room. The beach access (stroller friendly - no steps to climb) is a short three minute walk away and the beach cart will carry all your stuff. Many beach chairs are available at the house for your use. Access to the sound is a short four blocks away. Located at Milepost 13.5 at Danube Street.

Why the Owner Chose Nags Head
We have been going to the Outer Banks area forever - as children ourselves and now with our own children. The Tui had been recently built when we purchased it. It is perfect for a single large family or two smaller families. It has plenty of amenities to keep everyone happy plus a private pool. The beach is close by and with the jumbo beach cart you don't really need to lug stuff in your hands. It's close enough to slip back for a snack or beverages. From many rooms there is a panoramic view of the water. We have had many good times here and we maintain it in like new condition.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Tons of historical and sports activities are nearby. We often rent bikes or kayaks. Besides the beach, we love to go to Jockey's Ridge Sand Dune State Park or the Sound, both within walking distance and get an ice cream afterward at the nearby shops. Plenty of good eating is nearby as well. Our favs are Tortugas Lie, Outer Banks Brewing Company, Mama Kwan's and Dare Devil's Pizza, and Mulligans. Snowbird has a zillion flavors of soft ice cream. New Jennettes Pier at milepost 16 (2.5 miles away) is GREAT
4th from the north on the driveway that parallels the highway. The newest and nicest on this street. Great views of ocean
Take the provided beach cart and roll right onto the sand. No steps.

This was a very nice house to stay at. Located to some great places to visit- Jockey's Ridge and Wright Brothers- plus some wonderful places to eat. The house was clean, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The game room was a plus with the kids. The beaches are only a block away which allowed us to come back for lunch and stock up on necessities. If you are looking for a nice family getaway I would highly reccommend this house.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
