Very nice comfortable beach cottage with great ocean views! Listen to the ocean while you sleep. This second-row beach-side home is just a few short steps to the beach. Located on "The Point" of Edisto Beach.
Two bedroom, two bath, plus a sleep porch with very nice single trundles sleeps eight (two queen, four single).
This home offers two living areas, one perfect for teens/children, which also has two trundle beds (4 twins), used as a long lounging sofa by day and beds by night. Both living areas have cable TV, VCR, and DVD. Remaining rooms consist of a kitchen with two person dining table, a dining room with room for eight and a large sundeck with outdoor dining table. Misc. amenities include; reverse osmosis drinking water, a fireplace, a charcoal grill and an outside shower. NO SMOKING, PET ALLOWED with $150 non-refundable fee. Optional departure cleaning for $120.
$200 Refundable Security Deposit. 50% due within 10 days of booking. 11% SC Sales Tax applied to rental.

We have been visiting Edisto Beach with family and friends for the past 12 years. We have yet to find any other vacation location that is as relaxing and family friendly as Edisto Beach.
