Two bedroom, two bath, plus a sleep porch with very nice single trundles sleeps eight (two queen, four single). This home offers two living areas, one perfect for teens or kids which also has two trundle beds, used as a long lounging sofa by day and beds by night. Both living areas have cable TV, VCR, and DVD. kitchen, dining area, large sundeck with dining table, reverse osmosis water for drinking, fireplace, grill, NO SMOKING, PETS ALLOWED with $150 non-refundable fee. Optional Cleaning fee is an option at $120.

An 11% Sales tax is applied to the rental rate
Pets Allowed for a $150 Non-Refundable Fee.
There is a $200 security deposit (refunded upon house-check.  Cleaning is $120.
1/2 the rate is due shortly after reservation to confirm the registration.
