2 Waterfront Condos, Amazing Views, Sunsets and Pool. Very Large 3 Bed/2 Bath - Sun 1 (no weekly rentals, sorry)

  We had previously rented other vacation condos listed on the HomeAway site in Cape Canaveral and other areas but on this occasion required wheelchair accessible accommodation and this apartment fulfilled all of our needs and expectations . The condo is very spacious, comfortable and well appointed throughout with wide door openings and is very much 'wheelchair accessible' including access to the pool deck and dock overlooking the Banana River. Similar to the previous reviewer we were at the condo in one of the cooler months consequently the pool didn't get much use but our disabled guest got great enjoyment from being able to get down to the waters edge on the dock. Having stressed the accessibility features of this condo I should also mention that we were able to rent specialized medical equipment from Brevard Medical Equipment, Merritt Island which also contributed to making our stay a success. Stewart and Sue were a pleasure to deal with from our first contact to the finalization of our stay at this smaller but very private development with great neighbours and I have no hesitation in recommending either the condo or it's owners to anyone.

  This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities one could really want on a vacation. The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen was really well-equipped. The dining room was big enough to seat six people comfortably while the living room was comfortable and large, affording lovely veiws of the river, the dock, and swimming pool. We only used the swimming pool once because we were there during February, a cool month for swimming in an unheated pool. However, the pool was clean and well-maintained, with someone there at least twice a week. We were very impressed with the level of service provided by Stewart and Sue. No issue was too small or insignificant for them to attend to. They are wonderful hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stewart and Sue's condo and would recommend it to any of our friends and family who might be looking for a condo of this size.

  We stayed in this great condo for a month. Both the facilty and the location were perfect. There was more than enough space for us-- two adults and three children. The pool is right outside your back door, though fenced in with locks that our youngest (3 years old) couldn't open. As others have said, the condo is very clean and well-equipped, with everything from nice fluffy towels to beach chairs, modern kitchen appliances, plenty of plates, cutlery, and pots and pans. As we were the for a month, it was nice to be able to really cook. The full-sized washer and dryer were also much appreciated. We loved that it was easy to connect to the Internet, and that we could walk places, rather than having to jump in the car for every little thing. Stewart and Sue provided very detailed instructions on just about everything. While they are in the UK, so not "right there", Stewart was available by email when we had a question. This was our first rental experience, and we were nervous about renting site unseen over the web, but it turned out great and we would definitely stay in this same condo again. Thanks, Stewart and Sue, for a great time!

  This condo is just gorgeous, luxurious and very well kept. It is spacious and has everything you need to feel right at home. It's in a quiet and serene area, but just off the main road so that it's close to plenty of activity. The sunsets are unbelievable!! I was there for an extended work assignment, and I looked forward to the days that I made it "home" in time to see the sunset ... they were all truly breathtaking! I would love to take an actual vacation and stay there to be able to enjoy it more. The owners are lovely, easy to work with and so helpful.

  The condo surpassed all expectations. It provides the comforts of home, but with even more space.This was my families first trip to Florida & we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The condo is huge, clean, beautifully furnished & fully equipped (towels, kitchen appliances & utensils, beach equipment and even a full booklet of local tourist information). The master bedroom with walk-in-wardrobes & jacuzzi bath en-suite was a wonderful discovery. The pool was always well maintained and quiet. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, 1hour from Disney & airports. We watched a satellite launch out on the dock with wonderful views. Overall this place was fantastic and our deposit was returned within the same day of providing details. What more could you ask for?

  This was our first adventure in Condo rental and far surpassed our expectations. We remained for 6 weeks . The condo itself was fully equipped and beautifully decorated. There was absolutely no shortages of materials and we even found beach chairs etc to supplement our stay. Space was amazing and we were joined by family with no probs. for room. Im not sure what was the most impressive, dolphins in the river,the amazing sunsets or the proximity to the ocean. Even the little cat that lives at the condo complex drops by to say hello in the morning. Year round residents were friendly and welcoming making us feel it was our condo and not just a rental. Lots of restaurants in the area, watched a satellite launch and easy drive into Orlando. Just a great vacation or winter escape.

  This was my third trip to Florida in 6 months, and Cape Canaveral / Cocoa Beach was the most interesting and convenient place to stay for our trip to see the final Shuttle launch and landing. The Condo was a perfect choice: very luxurious accommodation, well equipped, excellent facilities and layout, beautiful location, amazing sunsets, peace and tranquillity yet a short distance from the action, and the perfect home away from home. The owners were very helpful in providing a good set of information and useful local guides. Would definitely book this Condo on every trip to Florida in future. In fact the Condo was so nice that we would consider buying it!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  What a beautiful place! The condo was really lovely, spacious with everything we needed to have a great time. The owners were helpful but not intrusive and there is a very useful information pack provided. The views over the lagoon were something else and the sunsets were just out of this world! The pool overlooks the lagoon and the beach is just a short walk a few blocks away. We had several days in Orlando at the parks and it was great to come home to somewhere so tranquil, private and comfortable. Lots of good restaurants around and we used the trolley bus a few times to get out and about which saved taking the car and was really convenient once you get the hang of it, and cheap too. Cocoa beach pier is a great place to go and there is a very good restaurant there with great views along the beach. The port at Cape Canaveral is another good place to go for dinner (recommend Millikens Reef). Highlight of our holiday was the visit to NASA at the Kennedy Space Center and we will have to come back when the shuttle Atlantis is exhibited. Altogether a great experience; there is something for everyone in this location, whatever your age. Highly recommended.
