A big, beautiful modern home sitting on two acres with 250 ft of oceanfront on the coasts of Deer Isle. Facing South East looking across the sailing lanes of Eggemoggin Reach.
The interior is spacious and bright with room for a large family or couples traveling together. Three bedrooms in the main house (one queen, one full and two twins) and two twin beds in the apartment with a full size sleeper sofa. The Apartment is fully independent of the house, though will not be rented separately. It can be used with the house for an additional $400.
The main house offers a gourmet kitchen and granite counter tops throughout, a sitting room with built in benches facing the sea, a cozy wood burning stove in the living room, an oversized tub in the master bath off the master bedroom and many details thought of throughout the house. There is a gas grill on the deck, picnic table near the shore and a rubber dingy with an outboard, a 10 ft row boat and a canoe, just for fun.
A large grassy yard for the kids and lots of thick mossy woods to be explored. This house is fully equipped with every amenity a family could need on vacation. Come sit on the deck and relax awhile!
