We had a wonderful 10 days at this location. It was close to all highways in the area; the 10 , 202 and the 101. There is a major shopping mall and large movie theater approximately 8 minutes by car. Many cultural and scenic attractions are also a draw. The washer and dryer on site is an advantage, especially for visitors with children. The premises are very clean and extremely quiet. The covered parking space right outside the door was very convenient, especially after grocery shopping. Kelly and Ryan are most acommodating and easy to contact. There is also no cleaning fee, which is unusual. Again, a memorable stay.

This was our first experience in renting in Arizona and it was a great experience. Kelly was great to work with. Everything was clean, spacious and perfect for us. Great location close to everything. Pool area and grounds were well kept. Would highly recommend. Thanks Kelly we had a great week.

Great open layout! Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom (plus a bathroom downstairs). This townhome was clean and had everything we needed, including highchair, toys and some games. Kelly, the owner, was so helpful and accommodating!

I rented this great place for my parents for a week-long stay in October. The place has everything you can think of: appliances, linens, electronics, WIFi, etc. My parents were quite happy about their stay, and I was very impressed about the high level of service. Everything in the place is well organized with instructions to make the stay a pleasant one. It is great for a couple or a family--a nice set up with the living area/kitchen downstairs and the upstairs for sleeping. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Restful Oasis

My family and I would highly recommend this townhome. It was clean, well-furnished, and had an excellent lay-out. We stayed here for a month during our transition of moving out of our Chandler home and heading overseas. It was a welcome place of rest for us, and the owners were helpful and friendly. Our boys enjoyed playing in the grassy front-yard area, and they also had a lot of fun at the townhouse pool. Our 2-year-old nicknamed it the "Panda House" (we're not exactly sure why, but we suspect it was because we ate Chinese take-out food our first night there, which had a Panda logo on it). Since we've moved overseas, he keeps requesting to go back to "Panda House."

The property was exactly as described and the owners were very helpful in preparing us for our first family vacation. The townhouse is roomy and very clean. The sleeping setup is perfect. My mother in law came with us and she had her own bathroom attached to her bedroom while we all could be together downstairs. The location of the townhouse is great. It's in the middle of everything. Our family enjoyed our first "spring training," hiking, shopping, and scenic trails with our 3 and 4 year olds. The neighbors are also very nice and said that they enjoyed having kids stay. The owners are wonderful, and next time we come to the PHX area, we will definately be staying here! We have already suggested the townhouse to our friends who will be in the area next year! Our son was playing in a college tourney in Phoenix so this turned out to be the perfect location for us. Unit is very clean and roomy. The owners are very informative and go out of their way to make your stay a good experience. We only wish the pool had been heated but that isn't up to them.

The condo was perfect for our needs. A colleague and I traveled for a business conference. We both had our private space - separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Having a full kitchen was great for cooking breakfasts. This was so much better than staying at a hotel! Kelly is very organized and provides great instructions and directions to make your stay comfortable.

Great Memories

The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and half bathroom downstairs were an ideal setup for our our month long stay and with an adult son from Australia visiting with us for two weeks. The townhouse has a great location near several good restaurants and shopping areas as well as easy access to Interstate 10, the 101 and the 202 for travel to other areas in the Phoenix Metro area. We found everthing we needed in the kitchen for our stay and plenty of room to celebrate Christmas Eve with our 3 sons and their families. Great memories for all of us.

Extended Stay

I was able to have an extended stay, due to some training for work. This rental fit my needs perfectly, with the comforts of home. I loved having the washer/dryer facility along with the covered parking spot. Very safe location, close to everything! The condo was very spacious and exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend it!

We enjoyed the condo very much! The complex was quiet, the pool was handy and we had it to ourselves each time we used it. The unit was comfortably furnished and the use of the pack and play, high chair, and toys were much appreciated! We would definitely come again!

This was a wonderful home away from home for our family on a recent vacation. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive both before and during our trip. We had requested the pack&play crib and they took the extra initiative to provide a high chair and toys/books for our children. This quiet townhome complex would also be perfect for extended business travel.

Why stay in a hotel when you can have home away from home! This townhouse has it all, spacious and most of all extremely clean. Everything you need is at your finger tips. The owners are genuine, accommodating and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable furnishings in townhome. Really appreciated the covered parking spot on those 100 degree days! Plenty of additional parking for our visitors. Owners are very nice and accommodating.

The owners are what makes this place so special. They made us feel at home right from the beginning and were very accomodating throughout our stay. The townhouse was very clean and quiet. It was amply supplied, there were plenty of linens and towels etc. It was comfortable for all six of us. The location was convenient to all types of shopping as well as only 20 mintues from the museums etc. in downtown Phoenix. We stayed here a month with our four children. Would stay here again.

Our company initially rented the town home for a period of 6 months. Employees were traveling for extended stays and several times a month. Every one liked it so much we rented it for an additional 8 months. The property is well maintained with plenty of room. It's quiet and close to the pool. One huge plus for us was the fact that each bedrooms had its own bath. There were, at times, multiple travelers. Any special requests we had, were taken care of with a phone call. The location is perfect. Highway access is easy and there are plenty of restaurants. There's a covered parking spot and plenty of extra spaces. I would not hesitate to rent it again for business or personal use.

My family stayed here for five nights in Nov. 06. What a great place! Working with the owners is so pleasant that it feels like a vacation before you even arrive. The townhouse is in a very quiet, peaceful area but just minutes away from major shopping and restaurant areas - easy freeway access too. Finding an IKEA store about 5 miles away was just the icing on the cake. The house itself is very clean and comfortable. The pool is close to the unit and we had it to ourselves everytime we went. It was the perfect place for our family vacation!

My wife and I stayed at this townhome on our visit to Phoenix this past week and we loved the place....very clean...nicely furnished...and in an excellent location.We would not hesitate to stay here again.Also the owners were very nice as well.They were very easy to deal with and only a phone call away if we had any questions about anything.I give this place 2 thumbs up!!!
