I joined some friends at Margie's.We had a lovely time. The condo is so comfortable and user friendly. We enjoyed breakfast at our leisure, watching the sun come up over the mountains behind the condo. Sunsets were spectacular from the sloping lawns off the lanai. The bathroom is renovated and easliy entered without having to climb into the tub. We could walk safely along the road in either direction to get our exercise! There is a health food store and small restaurants within walking distance. Margie provided snorkel and swimming equipment to enjoy both the ocean and pool. Definitely someplace we will enjoy in the future.

Hi Margie . . Well, I have been home for 4 days now, but can only think of where I was a week ago . . . lapping up the luxury of your Kuleana condo on Maui. . . .A perfect place for our "girls" trip this year!!!! I had a wonderful time and can't wait to return!!! The place was shining when we arrived . . everything was spotless!!!! From the comfy bed to the well - appointed kitchen . . . it was great!!!!. The porch is so wonderful for sipping morning coffee or evening drinks . . . With such a well-stocked kitchen we were able to turn out great meals with little effort, and then enjoy dining on the wonderful porch. That view is spectacular!!!!!! Also, having a washer and dryer inside the condo is such a wonderful convenience.. You have thought of everything to make visitors feel comfortable during their stay. What a Beautiful Setting

My wife and I have stayed in this unit for 3 straight years. The location of the unit is on a quiet stretch of ocean north of the high rises and hubub of Kaanapali, and just south of Kahana. This stretch of the island is free of high rises and masses of people. The complex has a huge pool, with BBQs located nearby if you want to cook outisde while you watch the whales and turtles which frequent the beach. We enjoy sitting on the lanai in the morning as we ponder what books to crack open, and whether to read at the pool, or sit on the lawn and watch the people surf, paddleboard, or kayak in the nice little break in fron of the complex. Serious reading should be done at the pool, because reading in front of the unit is distracted by frequent whale sightings and breaches that occur in the waters between Maui and Lanai. (We always stay in March) If you would like a quiet place to stay I would suggest this place fits the bill. You can walk to either the restaurants associated with the Kaanapali high rises (about a mile south), or to the restaurants associated with Napilli or Kapaluah equidistant to the North. It is a clean, ground floor condo which opens directly to a nice lawn and ocean. The other people around you are always happy to be staying at the complex and enjoying the many amenities that this has to offer. The pictures shown are spot on and accurately reflect the beauty of the area and the complex. I highly recommend it to anyone wishing to enjoy the ocean and watch quiet sunsets which you will remember long after you've left.

Wonderful location on the Kahana coast. Wake up and watch the Humpbacks breaching everyday. Honu, greated us in the surf every morning. Great unit, well appointed, just like home. All the little touches that make you feel very welcome and comfortable. Beautiful grounds and very quite. The only thing missing was the beach. Aloha

Some highlights: *beautifully appointed condo with lots of little extras including the binoculars for some crazy whale watching. * snorkel with sea turtles 20 ft infront of the condo - need I say more? * no noise from neighbors * 15 minutes tops to Lahaina * lots of beach toys and equipment, all in great condition Margie, your recommendation of going to The Feast at LeLe was spot on. We were delighted with our experience at this rental. The property is very well maintained, extremely clean. The surrounding grounds also well maintained. Pool is good for lap swimmers, not often the case in condo complexes. Also good for lounging in the lounge chairs and reading. Here are the highlights: 22 steps from end of lanai to beginning of ocean; perfect unobstructed view of the water, boats, people/critters swimming/surfing by, Molokai off to the right, birds visiting, tiki lights at dusk, and Hawaiian music on the CD. While some folks may put miles & miles on the rental car, we found the very best place right on the lanai -- coffee in the morning with perfect view, something cold at night, same perfect view. Cannot express how relaxing. Very quiet. Never heard upstairs nor next door neighbors. If you really need to be on a golf course, you'll need to drive. Otherwise, ALOHA!

Perfect location! Great swimming beach just steps away! Watched the whales all week long! Close to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. Highly recommend Roys - its only a short walk away! Condo has everything you could need so pack light and have fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kuleana Resort. Everything was provided that we expected from our correspondance with the property owner. It was in a great location - close to everything - and being oceanfront was fantastic! The property owner provided all kinds of tips that were very helpful plus we had great binoculars (a must for the whales and dolphins), books on all the local birds, CD for trip to Hana, and the parking pass was great - no worries. And did I mention the beautiful weather? We would definitely stay here again.

Paradise!!!

Wow!! We thoroughly loved this condo. Margie had it stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved being just feet away from the ocean and can't say enough about the sunsets, turtles, and the location. Everything was perfect. This was our first trip to Hawaii and we hope it won't be our last. Margie had a wealth of information at our fingertips (through books, info she sent before our arrival and neighbors that were wonderful) and she was readily available through e-mail. It was nice not to have the hustle and bustle of a resort, but still have all the amenities that they offer. My son (15) spent his time boogie boarding with the sea turtles just feet away from our lanai, playing ping pong with newly made friends and swimming in the pool. We went on the Pacific Whale Watching tour and loved it...the whales were beautiful. We also went on a zipline which was exciting. Some of our best times were spent snorkeling at Kapulua and Napili Beaches and then returning back to the condo to BBQ and watch the sunsets. The absolute worst thing about the whole place was that we had to leave!! :-)

Great vacation outstanding accomodation

We found Margie here on VRBO and are so glad we did. This place was everything the add says and more. Every day we found something new, stroller under the bed, crib in the closet, blow dryer in the bathroom... The cabinets were stocked with just about any spice you could need and the place was very clean and very well kept. Even without all of that stuff this place rocked. 20ft from the water with great snorkeling and amazing sunsets while you bar-b-q. We saw whales and several turtles every morning right from the patio. Honestly I cannot think of one negative thing to say, will be staying here again on our next visit. You will need a car if staying here but unless you want to sit on the beach and not explore for you whole visit you would have a car anyway so not really a negative just an FYI. Thanks Margie

Perfect paradise!

Our second visit to this unit. Just as fabulous as the first. Spent most of our days on the beach. Turtles were so abundant we almost felt guilty feeling blasé with their presence. Two beaches down we found where they beach themselves every afternoon around 3pm for sun/sleep, but please respect their space so they continue to return:) One day we even saw a pod of 20-30 dolphin swim in front of the condos! Went to Warren and Annabelle's Magic Show in Lahaina after much urging from friends....it was a 10!!! We continue to LOVE The Gazebo at Napili Shores for their Macadamia Nut Pancakes with coconut syrup!! Margie your place is very well stocked including beach toys! Thank you for the bottle of Passion Fruit wine it was delish! We hope to make this an annual event!

Perfect Honeymoon

I must say, it's odd to be back on VRBO looking at the pictures of the property, because during our stay, we came to think of the condo as "ours". That's exactly the kind of mood that Margie wants you to have, from the details of the condo, down to her care in making sure your stay is the best it can be. And she succeeds spectacularly. We're already trying to plan for our next stay at "our place". My wife and I could not have enjoyed our honeymoon more - from days on the beach (a whole 15 yards away) to quick trips down to Lahaina, The Kuleana is far enough away from the "action" to feel remote (5 minutes to Napili, 5 minutes to Ka'anapali, less than 10 to Lahaina), but close enough to amenities to be convenient. Neighbors are friendly, quiet, and easygoing, and due to the location of the unit and the changing tides, the property provides a semi-private beach with a fantastic view and NO through-traffic. I typically don't right reviews for things, but I feel so strongly that Margie and this property made our honeymoon the best it could be that I wanted to make sure that all those reading this realize that she will do the same for you, and you will come out the other side of your vacation here with an unforgettable and unique experience. There is truly NO BETTER WAY to experience the beauty, charm, and unique attitude of the island, whether you decide to stay in the whole time or (like my wife and I) use the condo as a place to rest, recover, reflect and relax between "go-go-go" itinerary items. It is equally suited to both. Thank you, Margie - we'll be back!

We had the pleasure of spending our honeymoon here in late August/early September of 2011. The condo and grounds were wonderful. The condo unit was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. We were impressed by all of the amenities the owner had at hand, including a fully stocked cupboard with spices, teas, and condiments, as well as movies, books, lawn chairs and boogie boards. It was wonderful to get up each morning, open the patio door and listen to the waves. There was some good snorkeling just yards from our condo unit and we saw many beautiful sea turtles, birds and vegetation. We got to view a beautiful sunset every night from the comfort of our own back yard. We would definitely go back and would not hesitate to recommend this others.

My husband, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! My daughter had just turned 5 and my husband and I were celebrating our birthdays the week of our arrival. I told my husband that if I had to turn 40, I'd might as well do it overlooking the ocean with a Mai Tai in hand....and that's just what I did. We found this condo to be everything that was described in previous posts and looked exactly like the photos. It was the perfect size for the three of us and very comfortable. The amenties were great....as previous posters have said, do yourself a favor and check out the condo first prior to going grocery shopping. You'll be surprised how well-stocked it is. Because we were so comfortable at the condo, we cooked most every meal there at the condo. Great grills too...overlooking the beautiful ocean. My daughter loved the sand toys and boogie boards and especially loved the pool. It was big and hardly ever busy. She swam every day and had a blast. We met so many wonderful people there and Val and John, Margie's neighbors, are awesome and can give you great advice on where to go, etc. Make sure you stop by and say hello! Thank you, Margie, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo and we would love to come back again very soon!

Margie ~ My stay at your condo was FABULOUS!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better place, really. Your condo was absolutely beautiful, very well stocked with everything I needed and was decorated so beautifully with the Hawaiian theme. Every morning when I got up and opened the sliding glass door I had to pinch myself! The view was incredible and hearing the sound of the ocean was just amazing. I loved meeting and getting to know your neighbors along with the other guests I met at the complex. I took so many pictures of the sea turtles, I couldn't believe how they close they were! So amazing! I also took a bunch of pictures of the beautiful flowers on the condo grounds - they looked fake to me! We don't have anything like those flowers in the desert. I think I took a picture of every single sunset while too - they were just incredible. Your condo really had everything Margie. I had everything I needed to cook and also enjoy my morning coffee. I loved cooking and looking at that view. It was surreal. I also watched the movie "Sideways" which I never saw before so thank you for having that movie available. Your bathroom is absolutely beautiful. I loved the walk in shower and what a great toilet seat! So original! My favorite part, besides the view and the sea turtles, were feeding the birds in the morning. I've never seen a "patriotic" bird before - the one with the red head, white throat and blue body. So cool! I also loved the little penguin looking birds. Well, actually all of them were so pretty! It was wonderful to have that great farmer’s market to walk to and I also walked to the grocery store Times which had great bake-your-own bread. I was so impressed you had olive oil and balsamic vinegar to accompany my delicious bread! Thank you Margie for having such a beautiful condo to rent in paradise. I will definitely be back and will reserve your condo, no doubt. I stayed at the Sheraton Maui for the last few days and it made me realize how much I appreciated staying at your condo instead. I am not a hotel person. I couldn't wait to get out of my room, which I guess was good as I spent an entire day in Lahaina which was a lot of fun. The 2 weeks went by so fast. I am back home and am just daydreaming of my Maui paradise...

10th Anniversary Trip!

You can stop looking...this is the place! I must admit that I am a pretty picky traveler and have never before taken time to write a VRBO review. However, this condo warrants a wonderful review! Margie is an awesome host and excellent communicator. The locale is great and this condo has a simply wonderful view. Very clean, organized and all you need to do is literally drop your luggage and begin enjoying Maui. Being a bit of a skeptic we stopped by Wal Mart and stocked up on some essentials before checking into the condo. Surely no one would really have their rental condo stocked like a home would they? Boy was I wrong! Literally everything you need is already there. Save yourself some time and money and take a look around the condo before going to the store. You will be pleasantly surprised that everything you need and more is already there waiting on you...from salt to sunscreen...it's all there! You can't go wrong with this unit....excellent! Thank you so much Margie for making our Anniversary trip perfect!

WOW!

I just spent 10 wonderful days with 3 high school girlfriends in Maui at Margie's condo. It was just like she says-comfortable with all the amenities it takes to enjoy coffee on the patio in the AMs while bird, turtle and wave watching and smelling the plumeria in bloom-sweet, and lots of relaxing time in the sun. We enjoyed leisurely breakfasts, afternoon local wine sipping before putting our feet in the ocean, walks on the beach. The pool is great. The location is close enough to Lahina town to have a trip to get the local tourist flavor and then retreat back to the enjoyment of home with an incredible view that I never got tired of-Lanai, Molokai, sunsets,the coming of the AM light. All this added up to a relaxing and fun filled 10 days enjoying old friends and the beauty of the world as Maui knows it. Thank you Margie for making your place so comfortable. I think everyone should take some time to relax and enjoy.

Unforgettable Honeymoon

When i did my research on the VRBO looking for the perfect spot for our honeymoon, i stopped when i reached this wonderful piece of paradise. After talking to Margie (the owner) over the phone and exchanging emails back and forth, i knew this was the place to book. Margie answered every question i had and the process was so easy booking and getting all the info we needed for when we got there. It was like we had been friends for a while. When we got to the condo, the place was immaculately clean with everything we needed to enjoy our 2 week stay. All the water toys as well as beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers for our road trips, beach towels, a safe for valuables, playpen and stroller for anyone with young kids. All the condiments in the kitchen needed for cooking she had as well as dish soap, shampoo, lotion, hairdryer. It was equipped with everything. There was a nice flat screen tv in the living room and the bedroom although we didn't turn them on once. Why turn on the television when you have all the entertainment right outside your lanai. They had 2 glasses and a welcome bottle of pineapple wine which was enjoyed as soon as we got there. Grabbed 2 beach chairs and sat right on the beach which was 15 ft from our lanai and enjoyed the sight and the sounds of the ocean. We snorkelled every day right in front of our condo with all the sea turtles we saw feeding on the rocks. You could get within 5-10 feet of these gentle giants. It was so amazing. The beach right in front of the condo was so private we didn't venture out to too many other beaches. There are 4 bbqs to the right and they were always spotless when we went to use them. We spent most of our nights making dinner and enjoying right outside on the lanai by the ocean. Everything you need was so close to the condo. You could walk to the farmer's market every mon...wed...and friday to get your fresh fruits and veggies. The bigger supermarket it about a 7 minute drive and they had the best fresh bread. There is also a fish market just to the right you can walk to that had wonderful fresh fish to put on the grill. The concierge and security were the best when we needed help booking excursions or any questions we had. We got to know them well and they are a great bunch. There are tennis courts and a pool which was never crowded when you wanted to take a break from the ocean. There's so much more to say but we will definitely be coming back in the future. Margie, I just wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely wonderful time in Maui; all because of your condo. We felt so at home thanks to all of the special touches that you provided. When we arrived the first evening we sat out on the lanai with our pineapple wine. Even though it was dark outside, we just loved listening to the waves. All week we relaxed right in front of the condo on the chairs that you provided. We saw turtles every day. One big guy even came up to sleep on the beach right outside the condo. The binoculars were great for watching the whale splash in the distance. There was the perfect combination of sun and shade from the big tree. The disappearing beach was fully operational the whole week so we never strayed far from the condo; and every time we did, we couldn't wait to get back to the condo. I look forward to the day that we can go back to Hawaii and we will definitely go back to your condo!

FANTASTIC VACATION

This condo was just perfect for our Maui vacation. Margie has gone out of her way to make her guests feel welcome with comfy furniture and fully equipped kitchen. It was especially nice to be right on the beach. We loved watching the whales frolic while we sat on the lanai and we got to see the giant sea turtles up close. The condo is centrally located, so we were able to enjoy local attractions as well as spend time on the Road to Hana and Haleakala. Maui is beautiful and the condo is a comfy place to come back to after a busy day. We're looking forward to visiting again and will definitely want to stay at your condo when we do.

Recently we stayed at Margie's condo and thoroughly relaxed. The condo was exactly as Margie describes on VRBO. Plenty of everything: from condiments in the kitchen to beach towels and accessories even the high powered binoculars. They were awesome for watching whales, surfers and sail boats. The view was spectacular, especially watching the sunset. We barbequed every night and met wonderful people. During the day, we relaxed around the great pool, which has a ocean view. Margie provides a DVD for a self tour to the Road to Hana, has guest books for comments which turned out to be very helpful.We have rebooked for next year. I highly recommend this condo.

First trip to Hawaii

What a great location for our first trip to Maui. The ocean is right out the back door Everything the owner told us about the unit was true and we had no problems during our stay We enjoyed watching whales every day with binoculars provided with the unit. Everything worked fine and we used the washer/dryer a couple of times. The pool was fun and we also used the tennis court. We would stay here again and probably will sometime in the future.

Margie...what a pleasure is was to rent from you. From the first email of interest (which out of three I contacted, you got back to me within one day) through the 8 nights we spent in your "home away from home" condo, all we can say is that it was an outstanding experience! We are SOLD on condo rental...and in Maui there will be no other than yours that we will go back to. Almost everything was provided which made packing a breeze. We found ourselves racing back to see the sunset, and grilled 5 of the nights...and all our meals on the Lanai. We found the "locals" radio station 92.9...and thoroughly enjoyed it all week. Swimming with the turtles each time we were in the water was AMAZING, we didn't want to get off the beach (and had the sunburn to prove it). The building grounds are well maintained and staff is very friendly. The location was convenient to most activities we did. The "Road to Hana" CD, that another guest left, was a fantastic way to make the day trip with a great deal of information and pointers along the way. We can't stop talking about our trip, and have a number of friends ready to "getaway". Thank you so much.

Our family had an outstanding vacation experience. The island themed decor is welcoming and homey. The condo is in a fabulous location and is steps from the ocean. No more than 50 yards from our back door we snorkeled and swam with sea turtles. We were close to shopping and restaurants and a short drive to Lahina. I would recommend this condo to those who want to relax on a quiet beach yet are close to popular tourist areas.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kuleana in early April 2010. Margie's condo was well stocked with an array of items that met all our needs from beach and swim equipment, to kitchen utensils and appliances, to the iPod/DVD player and widescreen TV in the living room. We also enjoyed the thoughtful wine offering. The king bed was very comfortable. This was our 4th trip to Maui but our 1st visit to Kuleana condo. The oceanfront access and view were just spectacular. The large swimming pool at Kuleana was very nice, always clean, and provided a very quiet relaxing atmosphere. We cooked several delicious meals from fish to steaks on the gas BBQs and they were always clean and easily accessible. One evening a whale came close to shore and did a full breach out of the water as I was cooking a meal on the BBQ. We also saw many sea turtles right along our shoreline out front of the condo as they were feeding. On one occasion, I snorkeled out front of the condo and met a large sea turtle head on and it was quite an experience. We met several other vacationers in adjacent condos and all were extremely friendly. The location of the condo between Lahaina/Kaanapali and Kapalua was ideal as we were only minutes away from our favorite beaches and shopping. We look forward to a future vacation visit to your condo.

Our stay in Margie's condominium was Fabulous!! It was so peaceful and beautiful and we spent most of our time on the lanai or lawn soaking in the beautiful view and sounds of the waves and birds. The pictures just can't do it justice. The property was gorgeous and well-maintained with lovely landscaping and amenities such as gas grills, swimming pool and tennis court. Margie's condo had everything we needed--beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, plenty of kitchen equipment as well as spices and condiments. The welcome bottle of wine was a very nice touch! The bed was comfortable, the towels plentiful and everything was very clean and pretty. We will definitely recommend this condo to friends and family--in fact, we already have!! We hope to rent adjacent condos and bring all the kids and grandkids in the near future. Everyone we met here was so friendly and we had a hard time leaving. The location is excellent--close to Kapalua and great restaurants, golf and a beautiful walk along the coast. Also convenient to Lahaina, Kaanapali and Whaler's Village and nearby grocery stores and farmer's market. This place is a gem!!

Thanks for a wonderful stay, Margie! Five days was just way too short - next time we'll definitely stay longer. We really appreciated all the amenities in the condo, from the binoculars-on-a-tripod for whale watching to the well-stocked pantry to the beach and pool toys. The pineapple wine was a welcome treat. Without question this is the best unit that we have ever stayed in while on Maui. We have been to Maui a number of times and nothing compares to this area of the island, the complex or Margie's unit. It was perfect. I highly recommend staying in unit 705, it has everything you could possibly want, a perfect view, clean and the most comfortable king bed. We have already booked our next trip back for 2010. Thank Margie for providing such a perfect setting for our holiday.

Hi Margie, We had a SUPER time at your beautiful condo to celebrate Dad's 75th birthday over the Thanksgiving week. The grandkids especially loved the oceanfront location and the easy access to the ocean for snorkeling. One of the highlights was the presence of sea turtles every morning. We also enjoyed the very short drive up to Napili Bay for more snorkeling, where we were in the water with the turtles (don't touch!) and saw a barracuda (really don't touch!). Your condo is situated perfectly, a short drive to Lahaina as well as outdoor activities. We'll remember this special trip for a long time! Thanks for your hospitality. Hi Margie, Thank you for checking in...everything was just like your photos and just wonderful! The unit was quite clean and we were very pleased. We enjoyed the pineapple wine as well, thank you! I put a long entry in your guest book as well, but suffice it to say, it was very relaxing to come to your condo after our wedding. We spent 6 days there and another 4 in Wailea, it's hard to be home, as beautiful as Colorado is! We hit Napili Beach, Honolua Bay, Blackrock at Ka'anapli, Molikini etc and had SO much fun snorkeling. we brought our own stuff but thought it was so nice for you to have all that equipment for your guests! We especially appreciated the use of your coolers and beach umbrellas, everything your guests could possibly need without having to buy all that stuff for a day at the beach! We also were happy to find recycling in your parking lot, that is great for condo guests...as was the BBQ area, oh, and we swam with a resident turtle! we loved eating on your lanai and the beautiful view. We were sad to leave! Incidentally, a couple wrote in your guestbook from April and they were also from Littleton, CO. Such a small world! Apparently, they stayed 5 yrs ago for their honeymoon (just like us) and were back again to celebrate their anniversary. Perhaps we could do the same! After this first experience utilizing VRBO and Margie’s' beautiful piece of heaven in Maui...we are sold! Margie had a beautiful bottle of pineapple wine waiting for us upon our arrival! We celebrated out 15th Anniversary and it was total relaxation! Margie has thought of every possible item you need away from home!!!!You can't ask for a more beautiful setting and location of this property. Yes, we did have the turtles visit almost every day in the afternoon, and the birds in the morning....Here are some DO's:Do take pictures of the sunsets EVERYDAY...I almost missed the most beautiful one on our first night... Do enjoy doing nothing (sometimes that hard for me)DO explore the island---we took the Road to Hana and made a stop at the last village before Hana--great shopping and then we stopped 10 miles up at the Arboretum....it was awesome---we also had lunch at Mama's fish house on the way back---nice setting, a bit pricey...DO have lunch at the Hula Grill at Whalers Village---great sandy beach for lunch and fun shopping....DO dine at Longhi's--great seafood---we celebrate our anniversary at this spot.DO try ice cream at Scoops---the coconut pineapple is to die for! But only at Scoops!DO eat the fresh pineapple--it is the best and has a hint of coconut in it!DO clean up the sand if you track it in the unit...and DO enjoy this lovely unit!!!A FEW DON’TSIf you have traveled far---don't eat out the first night--we picked a spot and neither one of us enjoyed it---Go grocery shopping and pick up something to have the first night "at home".DON'T Stay in the sun too long---DON’T forget to take your parking stub with you when parking at Whalers Village----you can get it stamped and save yourself $$$$---didn’t know this when we first stopped here

We agree that this condo has to be the best spot on earth. Where else can you have your own private beach with some of the best snorkeling on Maui. But the best part is the PERFECT view of the sunsets. The turtles who come to nibble on the algae every morning and night were enchanting. We felt we were staying at home -the condo is equipped with everything needed and the decor is beautiful. We loved every minute and can't wait to come back. MAHALO!

Aloha Margie, Thank you SO much for allowing us to use your condo last week. We had such a great time and are eager to return very soon! Your condo is quite a treasure and we found everything we needed during our stay- including snorkel gear & beach chairs. It was great being able to walk right out onto the Lanai, sit and enjoy coffee in the morning or head for the water to take a dip. We sat out every night to watch the breathtaking sunsets! We thoroughly appreciated being so close to everything- only minutes from Kaanapali and Lahaina. The location of your place was superb and we felt very at home which was so nice!! We checked out Kaanapali beach which was fantastic for snorkeling but by far the BEST thing we did on Maui was ziplining in Kaanapali. That was a wonderful experience and I would recommend that to anyone visiting the island! We definiately look forward to returning to Maui and using your condo again soon! Thanks again! Aloha Margie, We just wanted to thank you again for sharing your Maui home with us. We have never had the opportunity to stay right on the water like that. It was so amazingly relaxing! We loved watching the huge Sea Turtles come in to eat every day and watching the sunset every evening. We had a sailboat cross in the setting sun a few nights, which made for beautiful pictures. Not to mention the view of both Lanai and Molokai. The birds were waiting for us to come out for breakfast every morning and Jim had the female Cardinal eating out of his hand. We really had a wonderful time! Your place is quiet and peaceful. Everyone we met there was so friendly. Hearing the birds singing, listening to the waves crashing on shore, seeing the whales and turtles right out of our lanai was great. And, Oh those beautiful sunsets each evening. Your condo is so well stocked all we needed to do was bring our groceries. While we were on Maui we enjoyed dining at the Hula Grill at Whalers Village. We took a drive to the Surfing Goat Dairy and the Lavender farm. Both great day trips. This was our third trip to Maui and our first time a condo. Margie:Our stay was wonderful. The weather cooperated and we fully enjoyed your condo, it's location and the beach. We loved being able to sit in the condo or out on the lanai and hear and see the ocean. Can’t think of anything you didn’t have for us. We used the chairs, towels and coolers every day and appreciated them very much. It works so great to make breakfast to eat on the lanai and then pack a lunch. We also grilled three nights. We spent the last two days of our vacation at the Sheraton Resort only because we had two free nights through points, but we kept saying we wished we were back at the condo. Hi Margie, We had a fantastic vacation and staying in your condo added a great value to it. We appreciated a fully equipped kitchen, spacious refrigerator, beautiful lanai and all the beach/recreational equipment, and also available parking at any time. We spent most of the daytime on the beaches so the beach items were especially useful, thank you very much for providing them. We had enough supply of paper towels, tissues and towels, and everything was in order. We quickly figured that restaurants can't really provide any better ocean view and dining atmosphere than your lanai so we saved a lot of money and time by cooking dinners at home. We spent all the mornings and evening on lanai enjoying the beautiful view. We even saw whales for a couple of times. Everything went smoothly, all the neighbors were nice and quiet. Maui Margie, WOW! What a fantastic time we had at your condo. Weather was fantastic. Coffee every morning at 630am, sitting out front, watching the turtles feed close to shore!! Boogie boarding so fun! The resort pool is very large, clean, and NOT crowded. The resort grounds were immaculate and flowers beautiful. The grounds keeper was even working on Thanksgiving day! Your condo was very clean and well stocked. Loved being on ground floor, just a few steps to paradise! Highly recommend eating breakfast at The Gazebo at Napili Resort, just a short drive north. The BEST macadamia nut pancakes with coconut syrup. They serve breakfast all day. All their other food is fantastic as well. MaLa's in Lahaina has excellent food as well, and on the ocean front. Kobe's in Lahaina has great Japanese food and they give 'sunset' deals if you seat before 6pm. For a luau, go to Old Lahaina Luau, they have the best by far. This was our second time there. We will definitely be returning, sooner rather than later. We were not disappointed! Thanks for the wine and for allowing us to stay at your place, The Christensen's

Hi again Margie, We are winding down our 11 days in Maui with much sadness at the thought of leaving this beautiful place. So glad we got to enjoy your condo again.
