Location, location, location. This beautifully decorated three bedroom, second floor unit is just two short blocks to the beach and boardwalk on Ocean City's famed Gold Coast. Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean sunrise from the side deck, and the sunset over the bay from your private roof top deck.
This beautiful unit is perfect for a family up to seven people, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The new gourmet kitchen, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, is perfect for those nights you choose to dine in. A giant great room with a large, comfortable sectional leather couch, gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings, side balcony with great ocean views, and a large screen TV with a DVD player is a perfect place for the family to spend quality time together.
There is plenty of room for the entire family. The master bedroom has a queen bed, giant closet, and spacious master bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, the third bedroom has a double and a twin bunk bed. All three bedrooms are also equipped with cable color television and ceiling fans. Other amenities include central air conditioning and a two car garage, with remote control.
We are located on the corner of 22nd Street and Asbury, just two blocks from the southern end of the Ocean City boardwalk, and around the corner from Uncle Bill's, home of the best pancakes in New Jersey. Located on the beach side of Asbury, there are no busy streets to cross between you and the beach.
This unit is smoke and pet free. No group rentals please. Families and responsible adults only.

We stayed at this property the first week of August 2010. We had a blast! It is a short walk to the beach which you can see from the roof top deck! We watched Uncle Bills from our deck to check how long we needed to wait for our not to be missed pancakes! We had plenty of room; living, dining, kitchen & master bedroom are very spacious and bright! The outside shower and 2 car parking was so convenient. We hated to leave!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
