Residence Bellevue Guesthouse is a very special place for ultimate relaxation. It is located about 2 mi from the southern entrance of the Sequoia National Park. It enjoyes a truly majestetivc setting, nestled cozily into the mountains on the west slope of the Sierra Nevada, on five wooded acres property, secluded at the end of a private road, quiet, unspoiled nature arround.
The guest-studio is located in the upper level of the house.
It features: Two bed rooms with one queen bed in each room and one bright day room with a seating area for reading, playing games or just to have a nap. This seating area includes one pull-out queen-size futon, which could be converted to a 3. bed room for 2 person to sleep. Sleeps max. to 6 pers.
One full bath (combination shower/tub and two sinks).
The gurgeling of the river will lull you to sleep and greet you in the morning. To keep the place quiet and private for our guests, we do not rent the place to other guests at the same time. It will be just you!
Downstairs is a common living area with TV, fireplace, library and the breakfast table is also downstairs. The large wooden deck is accessable from the living area.
The deck offers a hearty outdoor ambiance and breathtaking mountain, canyon and river views. Several seating areas on the deck. Alos available barbecues, a hammock, an outdoor jacuzzi and an original Finnish Sauna.
Rate includes continental breakfast, prepared each morning by the owner. Full breakfast could be served at request and add. costs.
For using sauna/jacuzzi an add. fee applies.
The owner/innkeeper is living on the premises (downstairs).
