Location: Aston Pacific Monarch, Waikiki, South Oahu, Oahu, Hawaii, USA (In the heart of Waikiki)
Accommodations: Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-3)
Keywords: Condominium
This corner unit in the ResortQuest (formerly Aston) Pacific Monarch Hotel is on the 20th floor. The views are great and the location of the hotel is in the heart of Waikiki. From the entrance of the hotel it is 500 feet to the sand of Waikiki Beach. My 82-year-old mother walks it in less than five minutes. The condominium is for my parents who visit each year but I rent it out the other months. I hope you enjoy your stay if you choose their vacation condominium, but please respect their home-away-from-home.
There are many restaurants in the area and the hotel is close to nightlife spots and shopping. The hotel has a party room on the top floor with views in all directions. The roof-top pool and hot tub also have great views. The common areas of the hotel are neat and clean. You have access to all the amenities of the hotel, but I check you into the room.
Parking is $12 extra/day for all guests of the hotel. The Pacific Monarch is a three-star hotel and not right on the beach. There are more luxurious places to stay but A LOT more expensive. There are cheaper places, too, but why not have an affordable ocean view in a good location?

What a place! There is a wonderful view from the lanai, the hotel is so close to everything and the condo was equipped with everything we needed. The condo is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family. Steve was a pleasure to deal with from our initial booking to during our stay. We had no problems at all while we were staying in the condo and would definately recommend this place to anyone wanting a great condo at a great price in the heart of Waikiki. When I come back to Hawaii i'd love to stay again!! THANK YOU STEVE!!!

Thank you Steve for making our stay in Waikiki so wonderful. You were very helpful and prompt with the emails/phone calls and enjoyed meeting you in person. The condo has breathtaking views, enjoyed the large lanai, the location was close to Waikiki, restaurants, the bus stops and the pool on the roof was lovely. I can't say enough other than when we return to Waikiki we would love to rent your condo again. Thanks again.....Carol from California

We stayed July 24 to 30th, 2011 and found everything as stated in description. Magnificent view, close to beach and shops, well maintained and clean. Across the street is an inexpensive but excellent outdoor restaurant called "Me Bar BQ." Steve was very helpful and prompt with our reservation. Hope to go again next year.
