This beautiful townhouse condominium is located in a waterfront gated community and includes the use of a deep-water boat slip and a reserved covered parking space. This is an end unit with beautiful views from the lanai and the master bedroom which overlook the pool courtyard area. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have television sets. Updated Stainless Steel kitchen appliances. We also have a gas grill on the front outside porch area for your cooking enjoyment.
Boardwalk Caper has four community pool areas, and the pool directly behind our unit also has a very nice hot-tub. In addition, Boardwalk Caper has tennis and basketball courts for your enjoyment. The dock boardwalk provides you with a spectacular place to casually stroll and enjoy water views!
The location of this unit is very close to all of the action of the Fort Myers Beach area... a lovely walk to enjoy the view, or you may want to bike or take the trolley bus. There are many excellent restaurants with nightly entertainment close by!
This waterfront location provides excellent boating access to the back bay and gulf waters.
