Welcome to one of the nicest condominiums on the beach. Why... because we take care of it. Wake up to a magnificent sunrise view of the Atlantic Ocean from the master suite. You also have unrestricted views of the beach from the balcony, living room, dining room, and kitchen.
We have recently renovated/updated throughout, added new furniture and professionally decorated our condominium. Our two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is roomy at over 1250 square feet inside with an additional, 250-square-foot, half-moon shaped balcony. Once inside, you will understand why our renters return again and again.
Fall asleep each evening with the gentle sound of the surf rolling ashore. Our condominium includes a spacious master suite overlooking the ocean, with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, separate vanity area, and sliding glass doors to the balcony.
The second bedroom has a twin over full-size bunkbed, a walk-in closet, and separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, built-in microwave oven, and breakfast bar. The dining area is open to the large living room with expansive views off the balcony of the pool, beach, and ocean.
Your rental includes a double garage with electric garage door opener, security entrance, and private beach access. The Golden Arms condominium has a private, heated pool to 85 degrees year round and is within walking distance to historic Flagler Avenue. Flagler Avenue is home to restaurants, coffee shops, night life, retail stores, and bike
rentals.
As owners, we have a personal interest in your stay. We want to do everything possible to make your vacation a memorable one. Whether you stay with us or someplace else, we hope you enjoy New Smyrna Beach as much as we do.

RELAXED...loved swimming in the warm pool and ocean (a little cold for me). Having breakfast on your porch watching the waves and dolphins...what more could you ask for? HOT - 90's each day but didn't feel it with the ocean breeze. Swam!!!! Loved the pool and beach. Walked to Flagler to eat and shop. The beach goes forever. Loved the beach chairs, sand toys and bikes. We rode them everyday. Wish we could have stayed longer - we definitley would love to come back and stay in your condo. We love it!. The weather was perfect and absolutlety beautiful. Warm and sunny...not a cloud in the sky. Ww walked the georgous beach, ate, enjoyed the pool, ate and then walked some more.
