Location Location....our brand new townhouse is in the best location. Just across the street from the main pool and clubhouse area. You can just about see your child heading up to the waterslide. With Hi-Speed Internet Connection, just bring your laptop! Our townhouse has no rear neighbors. Across the street is a lakeview and the pool/clubhouse.
Our 2-story "Tarpon" townhouse is brand new with you own private splash pool along with full use of Windsor Hills facilities also. Just opened in January 2006. 3 Bedrooms/3 Full Baths. Each bedroom has a private door leading to their own bath. 20 inch flat screen TV with DVD in each bedroom. 1 bedroom on the main floor with bath and walk-in shower. 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a full bath, tub/shower unit. Large kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed. Dishwasher and microwave provided. Bar that seats 3. Dining table and 4 chairs also. Living room with a sofa sleeper, and 32 inch TV. With large sliding glass doors leading out to your private splash pool.
12 x 12 splash pool just off the living room, perfect for cooling down after a long day at the parks. Pool heat is recommended from Nov to April. Patio area is lined with chairs and tables. The pool does get 4 foot deep. Turn on the jets and the heat and it is like a large hot tub, very relaxing!! Take a late night dip in the pool after the kids have gone to sleep!
Low Season (Jan, May, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec) ............. $110/night.
High Season (Feb, Mar, Apr, June, Jul, Aug) ....................... $140/night.
Holiday Season (Easter, Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving) .. $160/night.
10 % off the nightly rate for booking 2 weeks or more.
Cleaning fee of $60 applies for reservations of less than a week.
We have several condos also, call for a group discount.
Linens provided. Pool heat is extra at $15/night. Brings temp from 65 to 104.
Pool water is approx. 65 degrees without the heat. Heat puts it up to the 90's.
