Good views, tranquil, private. The stars seem much closer. Relax indoors by the 2 story fireplace or outside overlooking the valley leading to Cherokee from the hot tub. Good selection of movies and books. Enjoy roasting marshmallows or making s'mores at the outdoor firepit. Wood is included in fee. Walking trails, nearby brook and falls. 2-story house. Pets are allowed with deposit. A fenced in area is provided for dogs.
Enjoy the views from inside ( many windows) and from outside, the quiet and the charm. House is at 4400' elevation and is fully furnished and equipped.

- Wood Fireplace : Do you remember the smell of embers burning outside on cool fall or winter nights? Brings back memories eh? Well, during even the hottest months of the year we still find ourselves lighting a fire in the fireplace inside or outside in the firepit. S'mores taste the best when the marshmellow is warm and gooey.
- Off Street Parking : You don't have to worry about your vehicle being tampered with at this private house. The driveway is paved and offers room for many vehicles. We ( the owners) often park ours right outside the door and it makes it convient for unloading groceries or packing up to hit the road.
- Linens Provided : All the beds in the house have atleast 2 different sets of linens provided. Blankets are plentiful and add a lot of warmth to those cold nights. Having these linens available offer you the luxury of being at home and the ability to change sets when you desire.

- Private Hot Tub : My personal favorite part of the house, the hot tub. It's outside and views the road to smokey shadows lane. Plus, with how private the location is you are able to sit back in the tub and listen to the birds during the day or the crickets at night. None of that traffic noise of footsteps nearby. Just simply you, youself ( maybe other guest) and the hot tub outside in peace.
- Video Game Console : OK so don't laugh at how old our systems are. Ok you can laugh if you want to. We have a nintendo system up there. No, not a nintendo 360 or any other those. It's the orginial nintendo. You remember the one with the remotes that only had two buttons and a arrow bar to move mario around. Pretty cool huh? We think so. The other two systems are Nintento 64 and a Sega Saturn.
- Video Library : This video library has been growing for quite some time now. We love movies and have a huge collection of VHS and DVDs. There is a selection of kids movies and also a wide selection of westerns, classics, thrillers and action for the adults.
- Video Games : There are a few games with each system up there. I believe there is a mortal combat for the sega saturn, Mario carts for the nintendo 64 and the orginial mario 3 for Nintendo.

- Pet Friendly : We have a fenced in yard surrounding the back half of the house. It wraps from the side yard near the firepit and picnic table to the other side of the house near the driveway. So if you are bringing your fluffy friends with you, you can enjoy being outside while they enjoy sniffing all the smells in the secure pen.
