Location is the key in OBX and this house couldn't be better. An easy walk to everything you will need during your stay. This fantastic house receives annual updates to keep it in top condition and enjoyable for our guests.
This property is only 500 feet to the beach, an easy walk for young and old, with great ocean views from our many decks. An easy walk in the other direction and you will find numerous retailers, restaurants and entertainment, including grocery, movies, shops boutiques and eateries. Park your car and leave it there all week, no need to fight Route 12 traffic, easy access to everything you need to enjoy your vacation.
This house has numerous amenities and activities for sunny or rainy days. Equipped with basketball goal, horseshoe pit, volleyball court, televisions, stereos, VCRs and DVD players, private pool is 14 by 34 feet with outdoor stereo speakers and lounge furniture, private hot tub is located on the top deck and looks out at spectacular ocean views. This home has been hooked into the new public water system as well.
