An easy walk in the other direction and you will find numerous retailers, restaurants and entertainment, including grocery, movies, shops boutiques and eateries. Park your car and leave it there all week, no need to fight Route 12 traffic, easy access to everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We bought the best house we could find in the most desirable location, close to everything we enjoyed. With kids young and older, plenty of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Grandparents we found a fantastic place to reunite.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Convenience - this house is absolutely in a perfect location. It is easy to get to the beach, no long walks on hot days. It is just as easy to get to shops and restaurants. The house has everything you need to really enjoy your vacation. If you don't feel like going down to the beach, the pool is wonderful, it's big and has a great concrete deck for relaxing.

Best golf course in OBX, incredible sound views and challenge for golfers of all levels

We have stayed at Sandy Pants numerous times through out the years. Great house with everything we need available. Great location in a family oriented neighborhood. Easy access to beach and shopping, all within walking distance which is a plus for our family. Love having a hot tub and pool whenever we want it. We have enjoyed every visit and look forward to our next vacation!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We have always enjoyed our many stays at Sandy Pants. The house is wonderful and very well equipped. it is so close to everything it just makes it perfect for our vacations. The beach is right there, but couldn't get the kids out of the pool. Looking forward to ur next visit!

the kids and I really liked this house. You could see & hear the ocean from the top deck. Nice furnishings. Plenty of toys for the kids. loved the hammock. lots of room to spread out. outside volley ball, horse shoes, hot tub top deck nice at night very quiet. food lion less than a mile up the road. try the home made ice cream at timbuctu awsome. generALLY VERY SATISFIED.
Recommended for:Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
