Blue Heaven (Unit 46) overlooks the Atlantic(90 feet away)and the waves can be seen and heard from every window and door as well as both decks. BLUE HEAVEN IS THE CLOSEST UNIT TO THE OCEAN OF ALL THE VRBO LISTINGS IN FRIGATE BAY. Truly an ocean view unit from all levels.
Frigate Bay is an area which fronts on the Atlantic and the Caribbean and is dedicated to tourist facilities, including shops, restaurants and a new 5-star Marriott Resort and Casino and golf course. Sealofts is located on the Atlantic, adjacent to the Marriott, and consists of 25 buildings in a horseshoe shape with the open end directly on the Atlantic and tropical gardens, tall palms, fresh-water swimming pool, 2 gazebos and a large barbeque in the middle. New living and dining room furniture was purchased in December 2008 and the entire unit had new tile last summer.
The Caribbean is a level ten-minute walk and restaurants, shops and a grocery store are even closer. It is 5 miles to the capital, Basseterre, with its unique Caribbean atmosphere, cruise docks and duty-free shops.
Have lunch at an old Plantation House with tropical gardens; tour the 16th Century Brimstone Hill Fortress, a world heritage site; ride the scenic railroad; take a catamaran cruise to Nevis, birthplace of Alexander Hamilton and marriage place of Admiral Nelson; take a guided hike into the rainforest to view our dormant volocano; test your skill at the largest casino in the Caribbean; relax by our pool, on our 90 foot patio overlooking the Atlantic, on our beach, in a gazebo, under the shade of our tropical trees, or just "lime" around.
There are direct flights from Philadelphia and Charlotte (USAir), Ft. Lauderdale (Pan Am) and connecting flights on American, BWIA, Continental, Northwest and others via San Juan or Antigua. Charters arrive from Boston (GVA), Gatwick (ExcelAir)and Toronto (Signature Vacations).

Owner Description
We are a retired family and have 2 rental units at Sealofts but one is rented year round. We use the unit ourselves every year and try to keep it in the best condition possible. Wife was raised in Germany so everything has to be "uber" clean!

My girlfriends and I take a spring break trip every year, and this spot was a wonderful addition to our list of great places to go. The unit is newly decorated and just as described. The beach is close by as is much of everything else. The office is helpful, and we had a GREAT week there. Don't hesitate to rent here - you'll enjoy it.

My wife and family stayed at Blue Heaven for eight nights in November and have nothing but great things to say about the condo. We were visiting St. Kitts for a CE for Ross University College of Veterinary Medicine which was held at the Marriott, which is within walking distance next door. The condo was very nice and clean and very close to the ocean. We listened to the ocean every moment we were in the condo, especially at night. The grounds of the Sealofts were very nice and clean and the pool was very nice too. Joyce in the office was very polite and helpful to us too. We spoke with Dale before our departure and he provided us with very valuable information about the island, recommended restaurants, taxis, highlights, and more. We really appreciate that. Overall, we would recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking to travel to the island of St. Kitts. Super place, super accommodations.

My wife and I just returned from a stay at the Blue Heaven unit at the Sealofts in St Kitts and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The unit was very nice; very close to the water and the sounds of the surf; and certainly met our expectations. Dale Owen, the owner provided us with great write-up on St Kitts and provided assistance on restaurants, etc which was greatly appreciated. There is an on-site manager that is also quite helpful. We are already talking about returning next year for a 2 week stay.

Staying at Blue Heaven was a wonderful experience. We stayed in the off season which to us was perfect as there were no crowds and the weather was still great. Imagine spending an evening enjoying the full moon on the beach with no one in sight for as far as you could see. Dale is wonderful to deal with, very helpful. Would recommend taking your own food to save expense. Go soon as the island is getting discovered!

We stayed in Unit 46 from 4/18-4/22 and had a wonderful time. The unit was comfortable (just like being at home) and have everything that we could possibly need. The location can not be beat, within walking distance to the Mariott and beaches or a short one minute drive. The beach and pool on the property is nice also. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Our stay at SeaLofts was very comfortable. The decor was lovely, nicely complimented by the sounds of the ocean. The location is great, convenient to the beaches, shopping and restaraunts. The people are very friendly. We would definitely re-visit.

Sealofts is a nice condo, with very good care facilities,good location, several restaurants walking distance. If you dont rent a car there is a taxi station ,want to rent a bike? visitors information? golf courts? very close Sealofts. if you rent a car you can park inside the condo. Dale the owner is very accesible, helpful and great! the unit is cozy and lovely, if you like the ocean breeze and waves sound you will enjoy as much i do. I highly recommend to stay here for sure you will enjoy as much as i do. Coming back to St Kitts& Nevis and Blue Heaven? for sure no doubt!

Sealofts is well located in Frigate, several choices for restaurants with a nice walking distance, very well care of the facilities. The unit is lovely & cozy, amazing for get asleep and wake up with the ocean&waves. Is a very good option to stay here i will come again and recommend it.

Blue Heaven is an excellent choice for staying in St. Kitts. The location is perfect for the best beaches and restaurants. Sealofts fronts on Atlantic Beach, with a easy 5 minute walk to the Frigate Bay Caribbean Beach (0.6mi. measured on Google Maps!), where you will find an assortment of great restaurants (Shiggedy Shack, Monkey Bar). Sealofts pool and grounds are beautiful with very helpful on-site staff. Bring your laptop for wireless internet access, even at the pool! The unit is well maintained, and well equipped with beautiful tropical decor. Will definately rent again.

We had a wonderful, the condo was very comfortable and well situated. The views were lovely and we had romantic strolls on the beach only a few yards away. We ate out at a different place each night and the food was good wherever we went. The resort office were very friendly and helpful. We definitely plan to visit again.
