  I have never stayed in a corner unit before, but I think I have been spoiled now. We enjoyed our stay. Mitch was very easy to book with, and Joe was very helpful. I would very much stay here again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  The condo was fantastic for the New Year weekend! Great views and close to the ground to take the stairs out and walk to Pier Park. Plenty of linens and kitchen items for a group of six. We would definitely rent here again!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  hi Mitch, just wanted to say thanks for sharing your condo with us, we had a wonderful time and everything was beautiful including the weather. A little on the cool side but that was to be expected this time of the year. Had a lot of great food, especially the Salt water grill, it was great. everyone enjoyed the convenience of everything. Hope to go back sometime in the near future with our three daughters and seven grandchildren who are all adults now except one who is now nine years old. Those son-in-laws can tag along too if they wish.-ha ha. Family is great, I've been blessed. Thanks again for making our vacation a great one. God bless and have a great day Ron

  This was our first vacation with our 8 month old son. We took both sets of grandparents for the trip. The condo worked great and had plenty of room for everyone. Everything in the condo was great! The facilities at the pool and beach were awesome. Being in walking distance to Pier Park was also a big advantage. All of the shopping and food that is needed for a vacation. We would like to thank Mitch for renting us the the condo and we plan to go back next year. Thanks! Kyle Raney

  This was my second stay at 209W Calypso and it felt like home all over again! I had previously stayed in April and was excited to come back! This time there were 5 of us and plenty of room for ALL! In between my stays, I had taken a last minute trip and stayed down the road at Tidewater in a 3bdr/3ba corner unit and there was NO comparison. Mitch definitely has the market cornered on the best spot in PCB. Already looking forward to my trip next year! Mitch and staff were always helpful and responsive with any questions and the unit was fabulous and CLEAN! You will not get this type of quality if you rent directly through Calypso!

  We absolutely LOVED this condo!!! The room was beautiful and very well kept!! The room was just as beautiful as shown in the photos!!! The views from every single window were breath taking!! My husband and I married the previous year on August 14th right out front of the Calypso and staying here again meant alot to us!! And we picked the perfect room to be in this year!! We could see out the window, the pier that as I used to "walk down the aisle"! Definitely a memorable and special trip!! Thank you Mr Mitch for sharing your condo with us!!! You made this years finding the perfect place to stay a breeze!! You were very helpful and always prompt in responding to any question I had! Good business man! I would recommend this room to all of my family and friends and we hope to stay in this exact one of the other one Mitch has at the Calypso!! Being right next door to Pier Park was perfect!!!! It rained a bit while we were there so we spent alot of time checking out the shops there!! Great place to shop and EAT!! I would recommend walking down to the pier the sights are beautiful!! We were able to see huge sea turtles and dolphins swimming!! Our kids loved it!! The restaurant next door to the pier was fantastic! Great food! We also love Sharkys, PineApple Willys, Back Porch, Dirty Dicks Crab House, and many more!!! You cant go wrong with food in Florida!! Again, thanks for everything Mitch and family and we hope to be back soon!!

  I have stayed at Calyspo and PCB for years but NEVER in such a great place! All the conveniences of home but the grandeur of a resort. Perfect 2nd floor location. Great views and and immaculately kept condo. BEST condo in Calypso by far! Staying again in September and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else! This is The ONE!
