We sold our home in Hawaii and moved to this Grand 9000 square foot directly beachfront vacation home just on the edge of Bucerias in the wonderful new high end resort community, this is Casa Sueno del Mar!
Casa Sueno del Mar is the gem of the North Shore, just 20 minutes from the airport away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We are in 24/7 secured guarded, gated community with every amenity you could imagine.
Our home is a 9000 square foot, direct unobstructed oceanfront Casa with NO views of any other homes, just our patio with a large private pool, and the beach then the entire Bay of Bandurias.
Our home is top-of-the-line with polished marble floors through-out, granite countertops throughout the kitchen that includes a 48" Viking range and a 48" Sub Zero Style Refrigerator every thing for gourmet chefs. We also have 7 baths all with marble topped vanities and Onyx sinks, 6 private baths for each of the 6 bedrooms of which 4 are "in your face" beachfront Master Suites, all with large corner wall patio doors facing the Ocean and it's own private outdoor patio area.
The other two bedrooms are also set up for a sleeping area for the kids and a media room/sleeping area. All have full baths!
Our kitchen is a European-style gourmet kitchen with commercial stainless steel appliances and a 48" 6 burner Viking Range with a Griddle. Our great room is a wall of top quality German made windows that slide open fully to create a HUGE indoor outdoor space with our patio and its own vanishing edge pool for your exclusive use.
The Resort community has no high-rise buildings as found in Nuevo Vallarta. Its a slow paced community for you to relax in and enjoy the many pools, the cafe's with chefs that will cook up any thing you ask for with a day's notice so they can go shopping.
Do not miss our FULL SERVICE SPA! If you want it they can do it!!! We also have Hot Tubs, steam rooms, tennis courts, and professionally landscaped grounds beyond belief.
The community's staff is always available to help your every need in addition to providing the very secure environment you would expect.
Our beach is quiet, being set apart from the town the only vendor we have ever seen is a father and his son's offering beachfront horse back riding. This is truly "old Mexico" as you want it to be.
You may walk our beach into the town of Bucerias for shopping, dining and other needs.
Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle are both a very short ride and have that great "old town" feel, yet with wonderful places to dine and reasonable prices.
Our first guest told us our home is the finest place they have stayed in the area after coming to the Puerto Vallarta area for over 20 years! They even left us some nice house warming gifts.

- Beachfront: If we were any closer to the beach you would either be swimming or on a boat! Need we say more as you can't get any closer yet we are still very private as we are set above the beach with the vanishing edge pool running the length of our home!
- Oceanfront: Again if you were any closer you would be swimming in the ocean!
- Mountain View: Both across the bay and behind our home are the luss mountains and jungles that encompase the Banduras Bay!
