First floor, front porch condominium, one and one-half blocks from beautiful St. Peters Beach. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom.
Cape May Point is what a peaceful beach community should be: charming, quiet, intimate, with sand dunes and a lighthouse nearby - a place where time appears to stand still.
Somewhere In Time, located on Ocean Avenue (corner of Yale and Ocean Avenue), began in Victorian times as a guest house for Irish working girls to spend a week by the seaside. It was completely renovated and modernized when it became a condominium in the 1990's.
Picturesque, stroll-inspiring Victorian Cape May, with restaurants and shops, is a two mile drive. At nearby Sunset Beach, you can collect Cape May Diamonds (wave-tossed pebbles and glass) from the shore line and watch the sun descend into the sea.
Once you agree to rent this property, you will be sent a lease. Your reservation will be held up to ten days (or until as specified), awaiting return of a signed lease with deposit. Deposit of half of the rental fee is required with the signed lease. The remainder of the rental fee is due one month before the term of the rental begins. There are no other fees or taxes for rental.
If you cancel a reservation and the property is re-rented for the same time period, you will receive all that you have paid. If the property cannot be re-rented for the same time period, all deposit monies are forfeited. Every effort will be made by the owner to re-rent the property.

The location, the comfort and cleanliness, the amenities, and the ambience are outstanding. You have thought of everything necessary to accommodate your guests' needs. I would love to purchase a Somewhere in Time canvas beach bag (like the one that was hanging on the kitchen chair).
