Our home is compliant with the current State of Hawaii vacation rental laws. We have our basic business license complete with a tax id number for collecting general excise tax and transient accomodation tax.

Our home was remodeled in 2006! The kitchen has all new appliances and cabinets. The bedrooms have new beds. The living room has all the comforts of home, with new furniture and tv/dvd player.

The master suite includes private bath with shower. It has the amazing ocean view and contains a king size bed and sliding doors out to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are TV's with cable in all 3 bedrooms.

Enjoy Hawaii in this quiet neighborhood away from the noise of the city. The city bus stops across the street for easy access to the Kahala mall, Waikiki, and all other Oahu attractions. We are located 15 minutes East of Waikiki and 15 West of Hanauma Bay. A great place to relax after a busy day of touring.

Here are some added extras for your use while staying in our home:
1 set of mens golf clubs, 1 set of womens golf clubs, beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards.
While enjoying dinner on the lanai, listen to our selection of Hawaiian music.
Coffee, coffee filters, tea, toilet paper, paper towels, linens, laundry soap and dishwasher detergent are also provided.

The patio was probably our favorite spot as it held beautiful views and allowed us the chance to have our morning coffee there before we started our day. We are so thrilled we chose to rent a vacation home instead of staying in a hotel. The house is as beautiful as everyone says, has a great view and is very well taken care of, comfortable. Fred and Kari did a really good job of helping us through the rental process, and preparing the house to include everything we could possibly want or need. We liked staying at the house so much that sometimes we gave up on going out and just stayed around and relaxed. Your home was perfect for this paradise vacation, we can not thank you enough for allowing your home to become our home. It was such an awesome feeling to be in this home and to feel so at home there, I could imagine living there forever. All of my family wanted to live there just because it truly felt like home. To explain the difference of this home to staying in a 5 star hotel, there is no comparison, your home wins the grand prize. The luxury of being able to look at paradise in every direction alone out weighs the best hotel in Oahu. After staying at this gorgeous home and the outside lanai with all of its beauty, I will never stay any where else. I recommend this home to anyone that truly wants to feel luxury in Paradise.   • Kari and Fred, We just returned to cold and snow from our wonderful two week stay at your Hawaii home and wish we could go right back! It was a perfect fit for our four kids, ages 7-12. The house was a great retreat after a day of activities and conveniently located to everything we did. We particularly enjoyed the lanai with views of the ocean and the valley.   • Wonderful place! We had 4 girls with us ranging in the ages of 18-11 and they absolutely loved it! We couldn't have asked for a better place. It was so nice to come "home" after a busy day. We loved relaxing on the lanai, and watching TV. To us, that was an added bonus. We will definitely stay there again Fred and Kari.

  • This house was perfect for our needs. We had such a wonderful time. It was great to have beach towels, snorkel equipment, and cooler chests available for our use. The lanai was the best feature of the house. We ate our meals out there and just sat enjoying the view. The cigar lady was a great added attraction.
