This lake house is great for those that want to get on their floatie and float the day away. It's got a dock with swim platform and ladder and it's in a no wake cove. So tie a string on your big toe and float and soak up the sun all day long. When you need to get out of the water there are lounge chairs for sunbathing and adirondack chairs for relaxing.
We provide you with "Tippy" the 15' Coleman canoe and adult-sized life jackets, please bring properly sized children's jackets for your family.
The large patio lakeside gives you plenty of room to grill, eat, catch the morning sun with a good cup of coffee and just hang out. There is a nice charcoal grill and a patio table and chairs.
Inside the fully equipped kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, apartment-sized range, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and adjoining dining area with seating for four. There is new cookware and bakeware and a complete kitchen with plates, glassware, and silverware.
There are two bedrooms with full-sized beds and a full bath with combination tub/shower.
Maximum occupancy is four adults.
This house is eight houses away from our Bill and Ruby's House, (VRBO® Listing #54802 - three bedrooms) and across the cove from our Sparkling Waters house - also 3 bedrooms - so if you need additional beds consider a combination of our homes in this cove.
There is No Smoking allowed in the house and No Pets. Guests are asked to provide their own towels, (including beach towels), childrens life jackets, food, charcoal, and personal items. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, and are strictly enforced.
