Private Outdoor Living is featured in this home with an outdoor tropically landscaped living area that is fully walled, gated and secure offering absolute privacy. A custom saltwater swimming pool with Eight-person spa and waterfall are featured. A raised sundeck allows sunbathing while enjoying beautiful mountain views. The patio provides a glass top table that accommodates eight and an island-bar complete with built-in gas barbecue, refrigerator, and covered by a palapa to help keep you cool.
The great room has been decorated in the style of Trader Vic’s with grass mat ceilings, a big stone fireplace and bamboo floors. This room boasts a state of the art Media Center, providing multi-source audio entertainment throughout the house and poolside. There is a complete home theater system with a 50 inch theatre wide-screen and surround-sound, which can be enjoyed using HDTV Cable, DVD, or Video. An entertainment bar is stocked with a wide selection of DVDs, CD’s, board games, cards, and bingo.
Dining at Home on those occasions you prefer to stay home, the gourmet kitchen is a cook’s delight. It has been outfitted with all new stainless appliances including a gas cook-top, electric oven, microwave/convection oven, wine refrigerator, a noiseless dishwasher, and granite countertops. The kitchen comes fully furnished with all the cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, serving pieces, and linens to comfortably dine at home. The dining atrium is the next best thing to al fresco dining. In addition, there is also a wall mounted a flat-screen plasma TV to catch the morning news with your cup of coffee.
Luxurious Sleeping for Eight is accommodated in two suites with en-suite private bathrooms and two additional bedrooms, which share a bath between them. All bedrooms have direct outdoor access to the gardens and pool. All mattresses are pillow-top and linens are high quality/high thread count offering maximum comfort. All bedding is hypo-allergenic. A phone and a television with DVD and/or VHS player are included in each of the bedrooms and each room is uniquely decorated.
The King Suite has its own private meditation garden and Spa bathroom with sunken Roman style spa tub. The bath opens to the meditation garden so that you may shower in the open air garden. The suite also has a separate private patio with access to the pool area. The room provides a 31 inch television with DVD/VCR.
The Caribbean Suite with a queen bed is decorated with a Caribbean influence with original artwork from St. Thomas. This room offers a walk in shower and soaking tub and overlooks the aquamarine saltwater pool.
The Out of Africa bedroom with a queen bed has direct access to the shared bath. It is decorated with a safari influence and has direct outdoor access with a private flagstone patio area.
The Twin-bedroom has been decorated with a Hawaiian motif complete with grass bed skirts and 1950’s Waikiki posters. The room has a small flagstone patio for the guests to enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee.
The third bath is conveniently located off of the entrance hall for your guest to use and is between the two bedrooms that share it with a Jack & Jill entrance. It has his and hers vanity, shower/tub, stall shower and separate WC. |
