This is a great beach cottage! Originally built in the 1950's, the house is a remodel of a chic beach cottage with all modern amenities, INCLUDING WIRELESS INTERNET. The cottage is located on a "beach lane". You stroll a quarter block from your front door down a quaint neighborhood street to a beautiful uncrowded beach.
The cottage is very comfortable. It has two private patios, front and back, and parking for three cars (big plus). The ocean and sunset views are spectacular. You can see Ventura Harbor to Catalina & Ana Capa Islands to Santa Barbara... just breathtaking. Ventura is one of the safest cities in America, so you can relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean.
If you want the local town vibe, Main Street is 10 minutes away and offers everything from shopping, restaurants, theaters, jazz and wines bars, spas and coffee houses. Downtown Ventura is as quaint as it gets. You're going to love it here !
