The luxurious gourmet kitchen features beautiful tile counter tops and floor, two dining areas plus breakfast snack bar seats seven people, two sinks, and two dishwashers. Enjoy all the convenience of home cooking with this fully equipped kitchen.
Just a short walk to the beach, sound, and the exquisite, unique shops of Duck Village or take advantage of one of the many amenities of Four Seasons featuring community trolley service. Enjoy an evening walk over to the private sound side pier to watch the sunset or use the lighted bike and jogging trail. Our new clubhouse has a heated indoor pool, an exercise/fitness facility, tennis & volleyball courts, and game room. Additionally, there is an oceanside outdoor community pool adjacent to the children's playground.

Level 1: Recreation room with pool table, large screen TV, kitchenette with refrigerator & microwave, Master Bedroom with two singles, private bath, laundry area and access to pool deck.
Level 2: King Master Bedroom & two Queen Master Bedrooms with baths and private and wrap-around deck access, additional bedroom with duo bunk and standard bunk beds.
Level 3: Living room, fireplace, large kitchen, two dining areas, King Master Bedroom with dual showers and whirlpool tub. Upper decking has built-in seating with access to lower decks down to the pool area.

Our family had a wonderful time on our vacation, exculding Earl! Casa Del Sol was a beautiful property that offered everything one can possibly need for a relaxing, stress free vacation! The owner, Diane, was very helpful and quickly answered any questions I had about the property prior to my arrival.I loved the fact that the linens (towels, sheets) were included, this was one less thing I had to think about packing. The location was perfect, close to shopping and close to the beach (with a little help from the trolley for my parents) I enjoyed the tennis courts and exercise room and the kids loved the playground in the development. The house itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable. I am already looking for dates for next year!!.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway.

Just returned from a wonderful extended family vacation at Casa del Sol. The house and community are every bit as beautiful as described. Very, very tastefully decorated home ... extremely clean ... lovely landscaping ... pool and hot tub were well maintained ... nicely equipped kitchen ... pleased with every aspect of the home and neighborhood. Direct pathways to the beach were convenient for walking, and trolley was available when needed. Nice shopping in Duck. We were very happy renters.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.
