Edgewatwer is a private, gated, resort family community with all types of amenities. Our villa is a short walk to one of the seven on-site pools. Complimentary tram service is offered taking you to the beachside Lagoon Pool with waterfalls, three hot tubs and pool side beverage service.
Our villa condo is on the second floor (no elevators)and features three bedrooms with three full baths. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, large TV with DVD & VCR along with it's own private bath. The front bedroom features a full-size bed with walk-in private bath plus TV with a DVD player. The middle bedroom has two full-size beds with TV & a VCR player. It is also connected to a full size bathroom.
The Living Room, Dining Room & Kitchen are fully furnished with full size washer & dryer. The Living Room has a queen sofabed, along with a 54 inch TV & DVD player.
Additional Information
* 24/7 Gated Security
* No renters under 25 years of age. Age verification with contract.
* Saturday to Saturday, weekly rentals only during summer session.
* Check-in is 3:00pm and Checkout is 10:00 am Central Time
* $250 Security and Damage deposit is required and refunded within 10 business days after satisfactory inspection of unit and return of ALL keys and property pool tags.
* Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
* This is a "Non-Smoking" and "No Pets" Villa.
