Jim and Colleen have a beautiful home on a private lot that is centrally located to nearby Skaket and Nauset Beaches as well as a short drive to Chatham. They provide tenants with information on local restaurants and attractions, which is very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in their home and in the Cape and hope to return again. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to our family!

Perfect Rental

This house is amazing! Everything we could ask for and more. I spent a week with two other couples and we had an amazing time. This is the type of rental made for vacationing on the Cape. All you need to worry about bringing is yourself and your clothes. They have everything you need to enjoy your stay, from everything you need to have fun at the beach to all the essentials to cook a gourmet meal in their amazing kitchen. This house is definetly on our list for future stays. The location is secluded, set back off the main road, yet right in the middle of all the action, minutes from the beach and an easy ride to all the best the Cape has to offer. The hot tub was also a huge plus. The owners were great as well, vey easy to work with and happy to keep an open diologue before, durning and after our stay.

Great family house

We have been vacationing on Cape Cod for over 10 years and we have finally found the perfect house for our family of 6. We love the location (a block away from the Cape League baseball team, playground, tennis courts and soccer fields, a short walk to the public library, and an easy stroll into downtown for shopping or coffee or restaurants). We can hop on the Cape Cod Rail Trail from the path downtown and ride for miles north or south. We love the comfy furniture, the hot tub off the master suite, the very comfortable master bedroom and more than enough soft blankets and pillows. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything a cook needs and the grill on the deck off the kitchen is large and well cared for. We have returned several years now and are always extremely satistifed with our time at the house and relaxation in the beautiful side and back yards.

Family week on the Cape

We were so happy with our stay at this beautiful home in Orleans. The location is perfect...quiet and private but close to everything. All of our grown children had their own bedrooms and we all were able to enjoy family meals on the deck after trips to Nauset Beach and Skaket Beach. I loved Pilgrim Lake for doing my swim laps. We would love to come back again - we had a great family vacation.

Fantastic family retreat

Our family returned to this house for our second time this past summer and had another spectacular time. The house is comfortable (cozy couches, a/c in living room and all bedrooms, good mattresses for kids and great one for master king bed). The deck overlooks a gorgeous backyard with plenty of space to set up the badmitton set or croquet. We love how close the house is to baseball games (you can walk to the field in two minutes) and how we can walk or ride our bikes to the local grocer and library. We bring our bikes and ride from the house, through downtown Orleans, and get on the bike trail easily. This house has everything to make your getaway relaxing and convenient. We also loved the hot tub just outside the master bedroom. We have been vacationing on Cape Cope with our four children for ten years and have found this to be our favorite rental house yet! Thanks to Jim and Colleen for opening their wonderful home to us again.
