Walk next door to Golf Pro Shop and across the street to Beach Club and Pools. Newly-decorated villa including all new baths, granite countertops, full kitchen and full dining room. The unit has a spacious shaded deck overlooking number ten tee for relaxing and entertaining after golf or a day at the beach. The deck features a bar and a cafe-style table with adequate seating for eight to nine guests. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and brand new private baths. The master suite has a large walk-in tile shower in the bathroom with an additional dressing vanity as well as a single futon with an aero-bed mattress for a young child. The second suite offers a tub/shower combination adjacent to the dressing vanity and bedroom. There are three TVs with VCR and DVD players as well as a stereo CD player in the living room along with WiFi and Cable Services. A queen-sized sleeper sofa with built-in aero-mattress is available in the living room for additional sleeping. The unit is child and pet-friendly.

Why the Owner Chose Atrium Villas
We purchased our Atrium Villa at Seabrook because we fell in love with Seabrook and the Atriums the first time we saw them. We love to play golf and relax on the beach...our idea of a great vacation. Add to the immediate surroundings of Seabrook, the fact that the city of Charleston is only a few miles away we feel that we have the perfect combination. The longer we have our Villa, the more we find to enjoy. Seabrook Islanders even love and welcome pets. We are so happy, we just have to share our joy with people who seem to enjoy the same atmosphere.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Our Villas have just been completely renovated--outside and inside. Our second floor Villa (with elevator access)has two bedrooms with brand new en-suite tile and granite baths, a huge deck with afternoon shade, full living, and dining rooms as well as kitchen. It is pet and child friendly. It overlooks Ocean Winds golf course and is directly across the street from the Beach Club and Ocean.

We are both Miami University (Ohio) Alumni and currently live in Knoxville, TN. We have two grown daughters and a beloved English Setter named Rex. We both love to play golf with friends but are not especially great competitors. We stay active in our spare time and love the Beach for relaxation.

Perfect location, making everything easily accessible. We were blown away by the huge outdoor decks with your great outdoor furniture, including a bar! Appreciated your villa and the whole island being so dog friendly and being able to bring our grand-dog with us! Your place is wonderful, and we loved having two en-suite bedrooms each with their own full bathroom. Hope we can visit again for our family beach vacation!

The condo is well equipped, clean, and great location. Immediately across the street from the beach, pools and dining, it overlooks the golf course and has a view of the ocean from the deck. We had a great time at Seabrooke and were very happy with the condo. This was our first experience with VRBO, put this vacation together on very short notice, and the owner's couldnt have been any nicer or more accomodating in the rental process. Thanks for helping us to have a great vacation.

We came to Seabrook with friends and loved the villa. It was beautiful and had an awesome deck for hanging out. Everything was close by--great beach and pool club access. Love to travel with our pet and appreciate that you made it so easy. She loved the dog beach. We would definitely stay here again. You have done a wonderful job maintaining and keeping your villa up to date. We loved the lounge chair in the family room...wish we had one back home!!

We all enjoyed our two week vacation at this villa. It was well equipped & met most of our needs. The weather was near perfect with only a couple of cloudy/partially rainy days. We loved the location with the pool across the street, & the views were great. Our dog eagerly walked on the beach & rode in her bike basket, meeting dog friendly people along the way. We appreciate being able to vacation with her. Pat was very helpful, answering our e-mail questions while at her villa. We ate at several fine local restaurants, especially liking the Fat Hen & the Mustard Seed. The Blue Angles were in Charleston the weekend we arrived providing an awesome free show. Hopefully we will be able to enjoy this fine villa again in the future!

My wife, Marilia, and I stayed in this condo in May 2007. What a great place. The condo was perfect for us. Very nice and everything we needed. We like to golf and go to the beach and this is the place. Two really nice golf courses, the white sandy beach, pool and club are all within 100 yards. After we played finished our days activities, there's a great deck overlooking the golf course to relax on. Access to Charleston and other locations easy. All in all we loved the condo, the location and all the activities available to us. We'll definely go back again.

We have been very fortunate to ring in the New Year for the past 3 yrs. in this lovely condo. Not only do you have a beautiful view of the golf course, but there is a glimpse of the ocean from another part of the spacious deck. As I enjoy cooking, the kitchen offered everything I needed to put a hot breakfast on the table and appetizers in the evening. You can enjoy a good meal on Seabrook Island, or, a 30 minute drive takes you to Charleston for great restaurants and shopping. This, by far, is our favorite condo and our favorite vacation spot.
