    This was a return trip to your property and once again we were extremely pleased. The layout worked out great and we love the deck area...wonderful for the evenings to hear the ocean and just relax. Once again our dog was able to enjoy a vacation with us and we appreciate your willingness to welcome pets! Highly recommend The Fat Hen...was amazing and totally kid friendly! Hopefully schedules allow us to enjoy your villa again with our friends next year.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway.

    Owner response: Seabrook is very Pet and Family friendly...after all, Pets ARE Family Members aren't they?!? Sometimes it is nice to leave the Island and find the Special Restaurants nearby without having to drive into Downtown Historic Charleston. The Fat Hen and The Wild Olive are Two of our Favorites! Another good one is Chez Fish...all three of them are great and only 15 minutes or less from the Villa.

  • Perfect villa for beach and golf

    This was a perfect spot for us, ideally situated between the beach and the golf course. And the Island House and Pelican Watch were right across the street! You could not ask for a better location. The villa was well appointed and very comfy and the best part was that they accommodated pets so that we could bring our little dog, Heidi, along. This was a 'working vacation' for us as we spent most of the week with the architect and builder who are building our Seabrook home. We will need to make several more trips like this over the next year and would definitely rent this villa again!

    Owner response: We welcome all of our guests--even the four-legged ones! Seabrook Island is totally pet friendly and we find that Pet Owners who love their Pet enough to bring it along on vacation are responsible Pet Owners with well-behaved Pets. So far, all our guests have proven us right!

    We were a group of 6 teachers traveling to the wedding of a former student. Your condo is simply beautiful and so well arranged. Even though there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the two extra vanity sinks made our dressing for the wedding so easy! Everyone loved the views and the decks were perfect for gathering for sea breezes and conversation. We only had to walk across the street to the wedding! It was a fast trip but a very memorable one. Many of our group mentioned wanting to go back there with their families. Now they know where an excellent place to stay can be found. Thank You!

    The condo is well equipped, clean, and great location. Immediately across the street from the beach, pools and dining, it overlooks the golf course and has a view of the ocean from the deck. We had a great time at Seabrooke and were very happy with the condo. This was our first experience with VRBO, put this vacation together on very short notice, and the owner's couldnt have been any nicer or more accomodating in the rental process. Thanks for helping us to have a great vacation.

    We came to Seabrook with friends and loved the villa. It was beautiful and had an awesome deck for hanging out. Everything was close by--great beach and pool club access. Love to travel with our pet and appreciate that you made it so easy. She loved the dog beach. We would definitely stay here again. You have done a wonderful job maintaining and keeping your villa up to date. We loved the lounge chair in the family room...wish we had one back home!!

    Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  • Seabrook Island Vacation

    We all enjoyed our two week vacation at this villa. It was well equipped & met most of our needs. The weather was near perfect with only a couple of cloudy/partially rainy days. We loved the location with the pool across the street, & the views were great. Our dog eagerly walked on the beach & rode in her bike basket, meeting dog friendly people along the way. We appreciate being able to vacation with her. Pat was very helpful, answering our e-mail questions while at her villa. We ate at several fine local restaurants, especially liking the Fat Hen & the Mustard Seed. The Blue Angles were in Charleston the weekend we arrived providing an awesome free show. Hopefully we will be able to enjoy this fine villa again in the future!

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.

Charleston is full of special sights and great restaurants but there are also lots of great places to eat right in or near Seabrook...The Fat Hen(French), The Wild Olive(Italian)The King Street Grill(Sports/American), not to mention The Pelicans' Nest--Oceanfront and right across the street from our Villa at the Beach Club/Pool Area! We look forward to hosting your next visit.

    Thanks for the opportunity to rent your beautiful condo again this year. The changes you made in the last year were beautiful. Of course, the location on this lovely island is perfect. Our daughter, son-in-law and grandson spent part of the week with us, and we all had a great vacation. Thanks again!

    WOW, What a great location! We had a wonderful vacation at your beautiful place. It was so nice to see the ocean & the golf course from the deck. We really enjoyed being located right beside the beach club & golf course. You did a great job with your renovations. We will definitely be coming back. We had such a nice relaxing time.     Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful villa! We could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay. The villa had everything we needed, and in my opinion, was one of the most convenient spots on the island. We will definitely want to vacation here again!

    Perfect location, making everything easily accessible. We were blown away by the huge outdoor decks with your great outdoor furniture, including a bar! Appreciated your villa and the whole island being so dog friendly and being able to bring our grand-dog with us! Your place is wonderful, and we loved having two en-suite bedrooms each with their own full bathroom. Hope we can visit again for our family beach vacation!

    My wife, Marilia, and I stayed in this condo in May 2007. What a great place. The condo was perfect for us. Very nice and everything we needed. We like to golf and go to the beach and this is the place. Two really nice golf courses, the white sandy beach, pool and club are all within 100 yards. After we played finished our days activities, there's a great deck overlooking the golf course to relax on. Access to Charleston and other locations easy. All in all we loved the condo, the location and all the activities available to us. We'll definely go back again.

    We have been very fortunate to ring in the New Year for the past 3 yrs. in this lovely condo. Not only do you have a beautiful view of the golf course, but there is a glimpse of the ocean from another part of the spacious deck. As I enjoy cooking, the kitchen offered everything I needed to put a hot breakfast on the table and appetizers in the evening. You can enjoy a good meal on Seabrook Island, or, a 30 minute drive takes you to Charleston for great restaurants and shopping. This, by far, is our favorite condo and our favorite vacation spot.

    We spent 5 days in September at Seabrook and the experience was EXCELLENT! The vacation rental is centrally located, great views (golf course and ocean) and very comfortable. We can't wait to go back, relax and take it all in again!

    I had two wonderful visits to this beautiful Seabrook Condo. The Condo was lovely, very clean and all of the necessities I needed. It is located with a wonderful view of the golf course, and just within walking distance of the pool and the beach. After I had two wonderful vacations to Seabrook. I had the good fortune of having my daughter and son-in-law have this same rental for their honeymoon. Beverly Sturr, Loveland, Ohio

    Thank you so much for allowing us to use your villa. It is absolutely beautiful and was immaculate. The fresh flowers upon our arrival were extremely thoughtful. We had a wonderful time at the beach, looking for sand dollars (found 15). Our dog Murphy loved the beach too! I will reccomend your villa to everyone I know. It was the nicest place we have stayed in the last year. Since last July we have been to Kiawah, Destin, FL 2 times and Savanah and your villa surpassed them all. I just cant tell you how wonderful a time we had and will most assuredly be back. Thanks again Kim and Steve McMorris

    My family and I really enjoyed staying in the villa (08/06). The pool and beach are only across the street. Seabrook is beautiful! This was our first visit to the island and we loved it! We will def. be back. The beaches are VERY private and not crowded at all. The villa was immaculate and had anything we could ask for during our stay. I highly recommend a visit!

    Our guests in May during Spoletto described our unit as the "Peaceful, Quiet side of the Atriums"...close to all the amenities but not bothered by a lot of foot traffic or noise.

    Mr. Cannon called today to thank us for letting him use our unit and tell us what a great time he and his wife and 12 year old daughter (who was able to bring along 2 of her girlfriends) had over the July 4th Holiday. In the past they had gone to hotels and were not able to include "extra Friends" as playmates for his daughter. They seemed to enjoy their visit.
