Right off Hwy 54 turn left into the Cedar Heights Condos, front door is walk-in level from the parking lot, elevators can take you to the water level for easy access to the pool, dock, fishing - meaning no stairs. A private covered deck with lakeview accessed from the living and master bedroom makes your view spectacular! Boat slip included at no extra charge.

Cedar Heights is located at the end of the big Niangua arm of the lake, 13-mile marker with a few swimming pools for your enjoyment, several Championship golf courses within 1/2 mile, boat and jet ski rentals near by, excellent dining, and entertainment can all be accessed by car or boat. There is indoor/outdoor waterparks, go-kart racing and shopping at the state's largest top-brand outlet mall. Access to launch your boat is across the street for convenient access to the condo's dock for easy loading and unloading. No trailers are allowed in the Cedar Heights parking lot.

Your vacation stay includes a full kitchen (all paper products, dishes, cooler, etc.) with breakfast bar, dining and living room areas, 32-inch Cable TV, DVD/CD player, fireplace, gas grill, deck furniture, washer/dryer and more. The master suite offers a comfy queen-size bed, walk-in closet and private bath with a beautiful view to the lake and access to the deck. The second bedroom has a TV, one full and sized beds with an adjoining full bath. An additional queen air mattress and twin trundle is also available.
