From this 14th floor condo you can enjoy watching the dolphins swim by (they do this twice a day!) and watch the pelicans fly by the floor to ceiling wall of windows that faces the gulf. And you can watch your family on the beach if you would rather lounge on the 35' side and front view balcony of the condo waiting for the sun to set. You also have a lovely view of the bay and the Mid Bay bridge.
This unit sleeps 8. The oversized master bedroom has a wonderful view of the Gulf with a seating area by the sliding glass door that opens to the balcony. The decor is comfortable and elegant all in one. The 32" flat screen TV is directly across from the king size bed. There is a dressing table that can also be used for your laptop. The dressing area has a floor to ceiling mirror and two walk-in closets. The beautifully wallpapered master bath has a tub/shower. If it rains during your stay, you may not want to leave this room!
The guest suite has two double beds and the same wonderful view of the gulf from the doors that open to the deck. The wallpapered guest bath has a shower.
The unit has a washer and dryer, an eat-in kitchen, a very large and gracious foyer. The oversized living room and dining area has a very soothing color palate and will make you feel relaxed upon entering the condo. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper, a 36" TV in the armoire and a CD player and DVD player.
