It's not all about the best views at Surfside in this unit.....although that is what you will have.

Walking into this designer/artist owned and decorated condo is like walking into a beach house. Most all of the art work is original and gives this condo so much personality!! The design details like the bead board bathrooms, Mexican tile floors and magazine worthy, gourmet kitchen will have you booking next year's vacation before you leave this year!

This is a very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit that sleeps 8. (there is a comfy queen sleeper in the great room).

If you insist on taking your laptop on vacation you can leave it open on the desk in the great room, but don't plan on getting too much work done! The desk faces the floor to ceiling wall of windows that looks out onto the Gulf of Mexico. You can work, or watch the dolphins swim or the pelicans fly by!! You can watch your family on the beach or wait for the spectacular sunsets from inside the condo or from the 35 ft. balcony that is accessible from EVERY room in the unit.

The over sized master has Gulf views, a seating area, 32' wall mounted flat screen TV, luscious king size bed and a dressing table and chair that can also be used for a laptop (if you must!). The master has a dressing area with a full length mirror and a walk in California closet with shelves, drawers and rods. There is a master bath with beautiful granite counters, double sinks and a gorgeous Mexican tile shower/tub.

The guest room has two double beds and the same wonderful gulf view. There is a flat screen TV in this room too! The guest bath has granite counter top and a shower and bead board walls. (very chic)

The designer kitchen will have you reconsidering dinner reservations. Everything you need is in this kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, custom cabinets and there is even a built-in-bar area with wine glasses at your finger tips on the glass shelves. Of course there is a washer and dryer in the condo, and a TV, DVD and CD player in the great room. Staying here is like staying at the Ritz Carlton!

Vacation pleasures abound: championship golf, fine restaurants, spectacular shopping, sport fishing, scuba diving, parasailing and amusement parks, or just make new tracks in the sand. Whatever you choose, Surfside Resort is both your enchanting host and your luxurious sanctuary. Surfside is convenient to the popular highways that connect the Southeast to the Gulf. With great access and a premier Gulf-view address, Surfside Resort is easy to reach and a pleasure to enjoy.

Surfside has a fully-equipped exercise facility, on-site coastal cuisine restaurant, a large heated pool with two spas and a sauna, and covered secure parking. Community Amenities: Deep-sea fishing, Gulfarium, watersports including skiing, para-sailing, jet skiing, and boating nearby. It is just a short drive to the designer Silver Sands Outlet Mall and to the newest stretch of galleries, restaurants and beach front communities off 30A: Santa Rosa, Water Colors, Sea Side, Rosemary Beach, etc.

                        What an absolutely beautiful condo. Thank you for letting us stay here. Would love to come back again and again…Tropical Storm Debby almost put a damper on our stay but luckily we only lost 1 day of sunshine and the wedding we came for on the beach went off without a hitch.                         This is my 2nd time coming to Destin, and I absolutely love it. It’s an awesome place on spring break for teenagers, but also a fun family place in the summer. Jet skiing was probably the best part. It was so much fun trying to figure that thing out. We’ll definitely be back next summer or spring break. Thanks so much ? -Jessica Cochran
