Two-thousand-seven-hundred (2700) square feet with three sitting areas provide space for many activities. Our home has a large master bedroom with full bath on the first floor and a second master with full bath on the second. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor share a full bath.All sleeping accomodations are beautifully appointed and comfortable.
Our home is in the Bayside Community which has 867 acres. The natural beauty of Bayside trails, ponds, and forests and Assawoman Bay will be rivaled only by the outstanding Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course it surrounds. We are just four miles from the beach, Fenwick State Park, many water activities, shopping, and restaurants.
