Beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler bag are also provided.

Quaint Siesta Village is just down the road with plenty of restaurants and nightlife, and the city of Sarasota is just over the bridge. Our family of five has been staying at this beautiful condo for five years! It is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and well-stocked for your stay! It is walk-in ready and you are just steps from the gorgeous pool and lovely Siesta Key Beach! The owner is fabulous and can easily be reached should you have questions. This condo has many upgrades and is very spacious. We highly recommend it for children and all three bedrooms have plenty of storage. Our favorite restaurants, shopping spots, and church are very close. You will want to book this lovely place year after year. Many fond memories!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have rented this unit for the last 2 years and will again next year. The ground floor location close to the pool allows us to come and go to the beach or pool without climbing stairs or taking an elevator...easy retrieval of towels, sunglasses, drinks, snacks or whatever I usually forget. Handy for bringing in groceries, too. Decorated in sunny Florida colors, spotless and very well-maintained. The 3rd bedroom is terrific for extra guests or grandkids. Owners are very helpful and I would definitely recommend this property to friends.
