  My wife and I recently stayed in this wonderful community. From the time we arrived, until the time we left, we had most enjoyable stay. A few months prior to our arrival, we had the pleasure of dealing with Bob, who represents this property. We handled our reservations in a most efficient and professional manner (plus he's a nice guy). My wife, who can be a diva at times, commented that the condo was was extremely clean and very well furnished. We enjoyed walking the beach, hitting the pool and just relaxing while drinking our coffee in the morning on the balcony. The property was extremely well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The state park is right next store, so if you want privacy, this is the place to go. All in all, this property was beyond our expectations and we will definitely return! Thanks Bob

  We had a wonderful time in your condo! Thank you so much for accomodating us with our bicycles. We loved riding the gulf state park across the street! We will definately be visiting you again!

  Listing was exactly as described. The condo & beach were beautiful. Well maintained & clean, the owner was very courteous and helpful. I would recemend the property to people over the age of 50 or travelling with young children. We vistited from December 5-12th and froze our butts off. Too cold even to golf with a sweater & jacket except for one day is was 70. (temp was between 40-60 degres.) Wrong time of the year to visit the area, seemed like most things close by 9pm (including restaurants) or are not open at all until after Jan 1st. Would visit Gulf Shores again but would probably come between Oct -Nov to ensure better temperatures and area attractions being open.

  Had an absolutely wonderful week with my family and extended family. We all were able to stay in 3 condos at Palm Beach. Had beach, pretty much to ourselves. Great access to restaurants, shopping and church. Condo had everything we needed. Staff (on sight) and owners were extremely friendly and helpful.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

  This condo was great. My wife and I absolutley loved it. The pictures on this site are dead on and the beaches were great. We really liked the location of this condo because the beach was somewhat away from the "big" high rises and had that private feeling to it. With that being said it was a very short drive to all of the great restaurants and other places to go. Bob was great to deal with and he will definatley have us as renters again.

  Wonderful vacation! Condo perfectly matched description, Extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, great views, well maintained. The complex was also well maintained and staff were most helpful. Owner was a great help from reservation right through arrival. Absolutely would recommend this condo!

  Fourth trip back to Palm Beach, and first time in May. It was wonderful!! The breeze was heavenly, the water was great and the beaches have never looked so good! I can't wait to come back next year.

  We had a GREAT time at your condo. We played on the beach in the surf and in the pool. We can't wait until next summer to do it all over again.

  This is our second time to stay at palm beach and we absolutely love it here. We have stayed at condos in destin and fort Walton and this is our favorite. The rental arrangements are always so easy and everything is perfect when we arrive. The beach is gorgeous and we love the heated pool. I have and will continue to recommend this condo to friends and family.

  My boyfriend, who is from Spain and a first timer to the Gulf, and I decided at the last minute we needed a get-away to the beach this past weekend. We were able to book the above unit over the phone the day before we arrived and the process was simple. We both liked that our arrival time wasn't an issue because you can simply retrieve the keys and check-in from the lock box located at the beginning of the property. The pictures above accurately portray the condo and it was just as charming in person as in the pictures. The space was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed sipping wine on the balcony and listening to the ocean. Our balcony overlooked the pool which was lovely and heated during this time of year. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was one of my favorite things about the unit. I love a big bathroom with lots of counterspace! The kitchen was more than adequate and had everything we needed to make dinner Friday evening after we arrived. Considering our short stay, we took advantage of the chair/umbrella rental on the beach and had a deliciously relaxing time Saturday lounging on the beach and soaking up the sun. My boyfriend remarked that the sand was the most beautiful he had ever seen...and he has been to many international beach destinations! The location was conveinent to all grocery stores, many many restaurants and only 20 mintues to the Tanger Outlet mall in Foley. We enjoyed a later breakfast Saturday morning at Duck's Diner and a wonderful dinner at Big Fish Restaurant....both a few mintues drive from the condo. After dinner we took in one of the most quintessential Gulf Shores/Orange Beach experiences and had an after dinner drink at the Florabama and listened to some great live music. Brunch on Sunday was enjoyed at Tacky Jack's overlooking the bay and our day was rounded out with a visit to the outlet mall in Foley before making our journey home. We would have loved to have been able to stay an extra week and were sad to leave. This unit was incredibly comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed. Looking forward to booking again soon!
