Enjoy a beautiful sunset from your top floor balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway at Bahia Vista on Isla del Sol. The condominium is convenient to both St. Pete/Clearwater and Tampa International Airports, one mile from St. Pete and Pass-a-Grille Beaches, ten minutes from Fort Desorta Beach and Park (rated #1 Beach in the US in 2005), 45 minutes from Busch Gardens-Tampa and only 90 minutes from Walt Disney World.
Isla del Sol is an island on the southernmost tip of St. Petersburg surrounded by the waters of Boca Ciega Bay. This west facing condominium overlooks the pool and our private beach. The resort also includes an 18- hole PGA rated golf course, tennis, health club, yacht club and restaurant amenities for minimal fees.
The condominium is located on the top floor with stair and elevator access. It is bright and welcoming, offering all the comforts of home with a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. A double reclining, massage couch provides extra comfort and relaxation.
The master suite has a king-size bed, the quest bedroom has two twin beds and roll-out bed is available; allowing sleeping up to six. A crib is available upon request. No smoking inside unit (OK on balconies). No pets allowed.
