The farm is 45 minutes from Brno Airport. It is secluded at the end of the road and so is quiet with no passing traffic. It sits in a commanding position on the side of a hill overlooking the village of Vrtezir. The main house has 4 bedrooms, a modern kitchen with an open dining room and living room. There is 1 bathroom and 2 separate WC's. Behind the farm house is a horse shoe arrangement of barns and stables with a small cottage attached separated by a 6ft fence for privacy. The farm is fully accredited as a Bio farm and lambs are raised. It is surrounded by orchards of Apple, Pear, Plum and Cherry all of which give a supply of fresh fruit throughout the summer season. Cider is made on the property along with elderflower champagne. There is an organic vegetable garden from which foodstuffs may be ordered, there are also a couple of horses available for riding upon request. The next door farm has a small herd of cows and is otherwise all arable. Keppler farm is renovated and was acquired in 2010 by a young Englishman from London. All bed linens and towels are provided. There is a final laundry/cleaning charge of Eu50 at the end of stay in addition to the rental price.
