This is a wonderful lake home! This is a very unique home. This home is located on a FRESH WATER LAKE, Lullwater Lake, and is only 500 Feet TO THE BEACH!
Lullwater Lake is a great fishing lake. Lullwater lake has LARGE MOUTH BASS, Brim, Crappie, Catfish & many other varieties of fish! The only thing separating this home from the Gulf of Mexico is Front Beach Road!
We have just update the furnishings in this home. Enjoy the Large Sectional Sofa! Sit back and watch a Movie on your own Private 42" LARGE SCREEN TV! If you prefer, lay back in any of the bedrooms and read a book (from your own Private Library), or catch up on your favorite show, because ALL BEDROOMS HAS PRIVATE TV'S!

We have just put NEW Screening on the Outdoor Room facing the lake! This room has a NEW Outdoor Table & Six Chairs! The LARGE Covered Porch in the back of the home has wonderful Water Views! Enjoy the view from the NEW Lounge Chairs. Cook up some dinner on the NEW Charcoal Barbeque!

THESE RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED and monitored by Alternative Beach Rentals...failure to adhere will result in forfeited deposit..at owners discretion
* A $250 - $500 REFUNDABLE Deposit to reserve unit.
* Minimum age 21 to rent, however, Groups under 26 years of age have a $1000 REFUNDABLE Deposit.
