Our condominium is in one of the best locations in Waikoloa Villas fronting right on the ninth fairway of the Waikoloa Village Golf Course. AS OUR GUEST YOU WILL RECEIVE A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $60 WITH CART. The golf course views and the ocean views are the best. The condominium is a one-story, ground level unit so you will not have to carry your luggage, beach chairs, etc and groceries up and down stairs. The practical amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION (DSL), free local calling, full entertainment electronics, bed and bath linens and a washer and dryer. The well equipped kitchen includes small appliances, microwave, dishwasher and other typical utensils and appliances. The central living room and master bedroom have stunning views of the ocean and the ninth fairway. The condominium is within walking distance of the golf course Pro Shop. Located by the Pro Shop are tennis courts, a swimming pool and restaurant. The Waikoloa Village Shopping Center is a ten-minute walk or a couple minute drive. Located in the shopping center are a grocery store, several restaurants, bank, and many other small businesses you may need. The Waikoloa Beach Hotel areas is about six miles down the hill. There are several great beaches in this area. The Kings Shops shopping areas is here with great restaurants and lots of shopping.

A reservation deposit of 20% of the rental amount with a minimum of $250 is
required. It is non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. The balance is due and
non-refundable 60 days prior to check-in. There is a $50 cancellation fee.
