WAIKOLOA VILLAS CONDO E107--IN WAIKOLOA VILLAGE. Besides the incredible Hawaiian sunsets, I would like to invite you to share in the many wonderful views and sensations of The Big Island. Our condominium is in one of the best locations in Waikoloa Villas fronting right on the ninth fairway of the Waikoloa Village Golf Course. AS OUR GUEST YOU WILL RECEIVE A DISCOUNTED RATE WITH CART. The golf course views and the ocean views are the best.

The condominium is a one-story, ground level unit so you will not have to carry your luggage, beach chairs, etc and groceries up and down stairs. The practical amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, FREE WI-FI HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION, free local calling, full entertainment electronics, bed and bath linens and a washer and dryer.

The well equipped kitchen includes small appliances, microwave, dishwasher and other typical utensils and appliances. The central living room and master bedroom have stunning views of the ocean and the ninth fairway.

The condominium is within walking distance of the golf course Pro Shop. Located by the Pro Shop are tennis courts, a swimming pool and restaurant.

The Waikoloa Village Shopping Center is a ten-minute walk or a couple minute drive. Located in the shopping center are a grocery store, several restaurants, bank, and many other small businesses you may need.

The Waikoloa Beach Hotel areas is about six miles down the hill. There are several great beaches in this area. The Kings Shops shopping areas is here with great restaurants and lots of shopping.

High Season: Dec. 16,09-March 31,10..$140/night..$875/week/$2,700/month
Additional Fees: $100 Cleaning Fee; 12.42% Hawaii Taxes, 13.42% after 7/1/10.
A reservation deposit of 20% of the rental amount with a minimum of $250 is
required. It is non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. The balance is due and
non-refundable 60 days prior to check-in. There is a $50 cancellation fee.
$15 per person, per day, if more than four people. Max. six people allowed.

Why the Owner Chose Waikoloa Village

We love Hawaii and wanted a place to call our own. We had stayed at many vacation rentals over the years. Some were nice, some not. We liked the idea of a home in Hawaii that could also be a home away from home for others and that is what we have.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

I'm not sure we have one favorite activity we enjoy most at the condo or while we are in Hawaii. A big part of our love of Hawaii are the people and the Hawaiian life style. They know how to enjoy life and other people.
We certainly enjoy the beach, the sun, Waimea, the beautiful country side between the condo and Waimea, and the beautiful sunsets from our condo's lanai's. Speaking of the lanai's, a cup of coffee in the ealy morning on the lanai is also very special.

Center has a great grocery store, restaurants, and other shops and businesses. It's 5 minutes from the condo.

We live in Reno, Nevada, so the beautiful weather in Waikoloa in the winter makes trips there that much more special. We are retired and enjoy personally managing our Waikoloa Village condo. We have met many great people in the course of renting the condo and made some new special friends. We like to talk to our guests and help them make the most of their vacation. We love the outdoors and we are able to be outside and active almost the whole time we are at the condo. And at the condo you can bring the outside in, by opening windows and sliding doors for the great fresh air.

    • Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your condo. It is a wonderful location, as golfers, we enjoy watching the golfers go by and also enjoyed the lovely sunsets from the lanai.

    • Your particular condo on this golf-course was in a really terrific location for Jean and I. It was nice and quiet with green, manicured vegetation all around. We especially enjoyed dining and lounging on the outside protected and privately located patio with unobstructed views of the ocean in the distance looking across the expanse of the golf course. The furnishings were lovely and there were SO MANY good quality things throughout the house that make it a well-equipped and decorated, complete home. It was truly a lovely "home away from home" and we lamented having to leave after only ten days. Hopefully we will have a chance to go back again some day. Also, I might add, we appreciated the geographic location being that there are many diverse weather zones on the Big Island. We learned that this particular location is wonderful for more consistent good weather -- sun, breezes, Trade winds, interesting skies, low humidity, etc. This factor is a real plus on the Big Island. Also again, we discovered that Waikoloa Village is really close to some great beaches (15 - 20 minute drive) and other interesting places for shopping and exploring. Mahalo nui loa!

    • We wanted you to know that your condo was terrific- truly one of the top places we've stayed in years of coming to Hawaii. My parents stayed in a different condo at Waikoloa Villas last year, and liked yours much better. We've stayed lots of places where stuff in the cupboards that isn't used a lot is disorganized and kinda grimy. Not your place- easy to find everything, and everything we wanted is there. The condo is spacious, well equipped, attractively decorated and CLEAN. And not just clean "on the top"- truly clean, even inside cupboards. I also think it was great that you have a copy of the Hawaii guide book there for guests.
