Lots of shade, front and back porch, beautiful knotty pine kitchen. Minutes to Bemus Point (concerts & movies & Shops), Chautauqua Institute, wineries, some of the best golfing according to Golf Digest.
Great fishing -- Huge musky & walleye. 54" musky caught right out in front of cottage a few years ago! Private boat launch. Located in Loomis Bay/Goose Creek area near Ashville between Busti and Lakewood.
X Box, movies, etc. for rainy days. Relax in front of our gas fireplace. 5 miles to Chautauqua Mall, Cinemas, Historic downtown Lakewood, miniature golf.
Ample parking....great for family reunions! Room for camper, tents etc. Large enough hot water tank for everyone to take showers.
Renters must bring their own towels, kitchen towels and sheets. Blankets provided.
Lots of room for kids to play! Cottage sits on two huge lots.

June - Oct...... $ 800/week/$150.00 per night
Jul 4th & Labor Day...$950/week (Holiday Weeks)$175/night holiday weekends
DAILY & WEEKEND RATES $125-$175.00 per night depending on
availability. $300 security deposit upon reservation. Payment in
full two weeks prior to arrival date. If paying all at once two separate
checks ok. Security deposit check held until inspection of property.
If less than two weeks prior entire amount due.

We've had a great first year with our cottage. The rentals went very well, thank you all. We got to spend some good, quality time with our family and friends (our Grandchildren really loved learning how to fish) and got to know some really nice people.
