This first floor condo features many upgrades including cool white tile, a custom built bed, and a master suite with an oversized walk-in closet. The condo has its own stackable washer/dryer and reserved, covered parking just outside the door.
Peeks of the Banana River, and heated pool can be seen from the large 30 ft patio of this unit. The patio looks out to a nice lawn and peeps of the Banana River. It’s a one minute walk to the pool and river and only a five minute walk to un-crowded beaches and the Cocoa Beach Pier. |
