Enjoy your stay in our relaxing and fully furnished condo. Available for short or long term rentals, you will find everything you need here to have a wonderful stay. The complex features a heated pool right on the banana river, like new tennis courts, and other fine amenities. The meticulously maintained grounds greet all who enter with a tropical feast for the eyes.
The large two bedroom two bath condo is over 1160 square feet. This first floor condo features many upgrades including cool white tile, a custom built bed, and a master suite with an oversized walk-in closet. The condo has its own washer/dryer, reserved, covered parking just outside the door, a large 30 ft patio that opens from the living room and master suite, and more. Of course, all linens, towels, kitchen needs, beach towels and beach chairs are provided.
The living room has a leather sofa, two deep seating chairs, with various ottomans, and occasional tables in addition to an entertainment center which houses a 27" TV, DVD and stereo. The dining area has a table with seating for four in addition to a bar height table and two bar stools. Ceiling fans and overhead lighting add to the feeling of home.
The master suite is pleasantly large with a custom built queen-sized bed, mood lighting, and slider to the patio. Ample storage is found in the large walk-in closet, five-drawer chest, and two nightstands. The master bath features an oversized shower.
The guest room is very relaxing with a full-sized bed and tons of storage. It features a six drawer dresser and nightstand in addition to a large closet with shelving.
The full-sized kitchen makes longer term renting a snap. All kitchen appliances were recently upgraded.

When we first moved to Florida from Massachusetts, we knew we were going to include the Florida beaches in our lifestyle. We were drawn to the warm waters and cool breezes, and since have spent many a day either relaxing to the ocean sounds or sculpting sandcastles.
Why the Owner Chose Cape Canaveral
We decided to buy in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area because of it's proximity to everything we wanted. It's less than an hour's drive from Orlando -airport, theme parks, cultural events, professional sports, and more. Plus this area has it's own attractions of active public beaches, secluded national seashores, NASA launches and visiting complex, zoo, family activities, and endless restaurant and nightlife options.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo is in a great location in that it's just off the Banana River, so you can fish off our pier or just look for manatee and other wildlife. You can take a short ten minute walk over to the beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier. In addition, public transportation is just a couple of blocks away, as is a large grocery store and tons of restaurants.

This is our fourth year renting from Susan and Rick. Great people to deal with. Fantastic location. Close to restaurants, shops and beaches. This year we witnessed the shuttle launch. It was worth getting up at 4:00 in the morning. Thanks Susan for everything. Hopefully we will be back next year. Leo and Gayle of Rhode Island.

We again had the opportunity to stay at this property for 3 months during the winter of 2010. The property is the best of two worlds... on the banks of the Banana River and walking distance to the beach. The property is nicely decorated and furnished. The owners are quick to respond if something needs attention. All our needs were met. The other residents at CDS are very friendly and being so close to the beach and shopping center is a plus. We will be returning in 2011. It would be a fantastic place to rent during the summer months.

Home away from home...location, location, location! We had the opportunity to stay at this property for 3 months during the winter of '09. We felt right at home in the condo and on the Costa del Sol property. We found the condo nicely docorated and furnished...all our needs were met. The other residents at CDS are very welcoming and being so close to the beach and shopping center was a plus. We will be returning in 2010.

We stayed for the month of march 2008 There was nothing you could wish for that was not provided. The kitchen was complete as far as utinsels. Would stay there again.

We stayed in this condo in January and February 2008 and we loved completely our experience. The furniture and accessories are very comfortable and everything we need is supplied. The covered reserved parking space right in front of the door is a big plus. We intend to go back next year for three months.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for the month of May and loved everything about it. Close to the beaches and shopping is very convenient. Also great restaurants near by. We also did a lot of walking. It is like living in the country.

my husband and i stayed in this nice condo for 6 months and loved it! costa del sol is a beautiful and quiet condo complex. the heated pool was a great plus for us! great location right behind the new Publix and just a couple blocks to the beach! Also nice peaceful neiborhoods away from the traffic on A1A for walking. TRY IT YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!

My wife and myself stayed at Costa del Sol for one week on an upper floor facing the pond and Banana river. Very nice 2 bedroom accomodations. Everything was nearby (within walking distance). Beach, shopping and walking or driving around.Grounds (including swimming pool) were taken care of on a daily basis. We felt right at home here. Ken & Gail
