Want a no-hassle rental? How about a FANTASTIC no-hassle rental? This is it. Robert is so, so easy to deal with. The condo is meticulous, there are linens galore, spices in the cabinet, great sounding radio, decor is way cool. Best of all....LOCATION and AMAZING VIEWS from the front and the back. Walk to the beach or out on the river dock or take a short drive into historic Charleston. This was our second visit and we hope to return in the summer! Thanks, Robert!

I booked this place last minute as my mother was having a transplant at MUSC and Robert was very accomadating to my urgent request. The place is a great size for a family with kids which I was bringing down 2 under the age of 6. It is extemely clean and as a great feel to it. We greatly enjoyed our stay there and felt very at home. The complex was quiet and not very busy which was nice. We are looking at renting this condo again but in the summer. It is a very short walk over a small bridge into town so it was a nice walk to go get something to eat. The beach looks nice ( we were there in dec) and looks even nicer for the summer. Ritas is a great place for drink and some good food esp the french fries which were amazing! Overall, this was a great experience in a very stressful time.

First, SC is a BEAUTIFUL state if you've never visited. This was our family's first trip and we absolutely love it there!! Second, this condo was the perfect stay....kid friendly and mother approved!! :) It was very clean and comfortable...close to the beach, shopping, and Charleston. Everything was as depicted in the ad and was just as (or better than) we expected. The people on the property are very friendly and lots of little extras to make you feel at home are included. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely rent again on future trips.
