All persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by parents or guardians during the entire stay. $200 Security Deposit Required upon booking. Security Deposit reverts to Damage Deposit upon check-in. Deposit is not applied to rent but held in reserve and promptly refunded provided no damage to unit or contents. Balance of fees due 30 days prior to check in.

Dennie & Terry, We very much enjoyed our stay at your beautiful town house in Destin. The entire family had a pleasant week and we found the Destin area to be very family friendly. The beach was very clean with sugar white sand, and the water was amazingly clean a clear as well. We certainly were not board with the activities that the area offered and have already decided that we would definitely like to return sometime. Lena filled out a page of comments in the little blue book. Thanks again for your hospitality and professionalism. We would highly recommend your unit to any potential guest. Kent & Lena

Hello Babineau family!! Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation in Destin and your beautiful town home. It was perfect for our two families and decorated so beautifully!! In fact, as we were coming in as the cleaning crew was leaving, one of the ladies commented that it was the prettiest unit she had seen. We found everything we needed and the washer and dryer was a life saver!! We usually ate breakfast and lunch in, then went out for dinner. We visited Fudpucker's, The Back Porch, Landry's, The Lighthouse, Pompano Joe's (our favorite). The weather was perfect every day we were there, just a short storm passed through on Saturday night (but it was fun to watch). To take a break from the sun, we drove over to Pensacola on Tuesday and visitied the National Aviation Museum and the Blue Angels. The kids really enjoyed that. The Destin beach is like no other--so beautiful!! I have been to several: Jacksonville, Myrtle Beach, Panama City Beach, none of them can compare. We are ready to go back!! Thanks again for taking the time to decorate the place with such nice things, we could tell that you really put a lot of thought and effort into it (even the shower curtains were beautiful!!)
