We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 or to college students. All persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by parents or guardians during the entire stay. $200 Security Deposit Required upon booking. Security Deposit reverts to Damage Deposit upon check-in. Deposit is not applied to rent but held in reserve and promptly refunded provided no damage to unit or contents. Balance of fees due 30 days prior to check in.
Payable by personal cheque, money order or bank draft.
