This home has a wonderful location, especially for those who like to be close to everything! Walk just one block to the beach or 3 blocks to downtown, restaurants, shopping, the city marina, a movie theater, etc.
Newly remodeled throughout, there is a first floor bedroom plus four bedrooms upstairs, a large living room and formal dining room, hardwood floors, two kitchens, two baths, entryway, enclosed back porch, large open front porch/deck. The main kitchen and bath have ceramic floors and tile surrounding the tub/shower.
The main kitchen is large with ceramic tile floors, lots of counterspace, newer appliances, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, plus plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, blender, coffee pot, etc.
Enjoy evenings of sitting on the massive, stone covered front porch; or walk one and a half blocks to some of Lake Michigan's most gorgeous sunsets; or stroll through the quaint downtown shops, eat at some of the finest restaurants.
Charlevoix is a boater's paradise, centered between Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix, with access to most of Michigan's natural freshwater beauty.

- Convertible Bed: The fifth sleeping area upstairs has two futons, plus a VHS TV in it. It makes for a great teen or child room, located just off the upstairs kitchen.
- Crib: We provide a portable crib.
