This 76 ha large property, situated inmidst the natural resort area of the "Oasis del Chianti" guarantees absolute privacy and peace.
Closed to the main roads (500m) & motorways (10km)its ideal for excursions & sightseeing. Perfect as starting point for hiking (marked trails), & biking trips. Bird & game watchers will be thrilled by the variety of animals that one may see passing by.
Casa Pineda: This rustic Tuscan farm house, flanked by "Casa Acacia" with its accommodations of the loft apartment "Bellavista" and familystyle "Tana" (see listing 175429 and 191024) built of local quarry stone though completely renovated 10years ago maintained its typical country flair with its 300 years old beam-ceilings, cotto-tiled floors and original open fireplace.
This house portion has approx. 170 square meters living space divided partly on a 1st and 2nd floor level as follows: Access is by some steps up to the diningroom. To the left the large livingroom with old open fireplace. From there to the right the spacious kitchen with pantry. The kitchen is equipped with a 3ring gas stove+ 1 electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc. etc, To the left 4 steps lead up to bedroom no. 1, a cosy small suite with a queensize doublebed & large ensuite bathroom (shower/wc)with washingmachine. On ground level bedroom no. 2 with 3 single beds & ensuite bathroom (shower/wc.) Also on the ground level bedroom no 3, the largest one, with 2 large single beds as a double as well as a small queen size bed. Here the private ensuite bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with integrated shower and wc.
Passing the dining room straight ahead you enter into a small reception area with a corner fireplace. To the right some steps down the spacious bedroom no. 4 with large double bed as well as a single sofa bed. There is of course also a private ensuite bathroom with shower/wc. From this room one may access directly to the roofterrace. Straight ahead from the reception area again some steps lead down to the small summer kitchen. Its large glass window doors open completely to the stunning roofterrace that towers like an eagles nest overlooking in an 180° angle valley and swimmingpool area.
Take your aperitivo or meet for al-fresco dining on your personal large terrace with its passion-fruit-covered loggia overlooking the large community swimming pool that you share with very few other guests (5,5x11x1,50m and 2x3m splashpool entrance platform for the smallest, ). Its extended leisure areas and wellcared gardens are equipped with garden furniture, the childrens playground with soccer field, ping-pong table, sandbox with fairhouse and the surrounding macchia and broom covered hills. An almost 300° view!!!
