$400 refundable security deposit required to reserve and $125 cleaning fee.
Full payment due 30 Days Prior to Arrival. Cancellations less than 7 days
prior to arrival will be charge 75% of stay. Unless scheduled time can be booked
Reservations cancelled within 14 days will be charged 25% unles time is filled.
Daily parking fee $20. Prices do not include city tax. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY
