Casa raza is a private new casita located in a new development in the town of san pancho. There are two bedrooms, one is upstairs with a separate entrance for privacy. The downstairs can be rented with or without the second bedroom. The upstairs bedroom can also be rented separately and has a large terrace with terrific views of the mountains and the town and also has a third floor terrace for gorgeous sunset views. The downstairs opens out to a walled in private backyard, filled with tropical plants, morning sun and plenty of afternoon shade provided by a 400 year old Izote tree.
Casa raza is within walking distance of the towns great restaurants, shops and pristine beach. A lovely sea breeze makes this casita perfect for entertaining all the new friends you will make while visiting one of the sweetest towns in Mexico.
