Fully furnished with summery and comfortable colors and fabrics, this apartment sleeps six people (one queen, one full, and one queen fold-out couch in the living room), has two TV's, a full kitchen, beautiful new tile in the bathroom, natural wood beam ceilings and refinished original oak floors. There is parking for two cars (one garage space and the driveway in front of it), and a coin-operated laundry in the building. Beach chairs, sand umbrella and boogey boards are provided for your convenience and seaside pleasure.

We had such a wonderful time. Liz is a sweetheart and aims to please. The apartment is lovely and very clean and comfortable and so very close to the ocean, pier, shopping and restaurants. We loved walking down to the beach. We totally enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting on this huge wonderful deck drinking our coffee and listening to the ocean. The weather is fantastic in San Clemente. We plan on staying longer the next time we come.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had an amazing time in this beach house! The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation, we fall in love with San Clemente !! We miss our long afternoon and evening on the patio!! Plus, the owner was adorable ! I have nothing bad to say about our week over there! I recommend it for everyone and every age!!! Justine

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was a comfortable retreat from the day's activities. It is remarkably cool and quiet for being in the center of it all. The other tenants were patient with us as we learned which parking space and garbage cans were ours. There are plenty of dishes and linens. The beds were good, but we found the hideabed mattress to be more comfortable pulled out and placed on the floor. There's plenty to see and do without ever getting in your car. We walked downtown to museums, shops and restaurants. Our grown kids brought bikes, and explored the farmers' market. We rented bikes in Dana Point and road the coastal trails. The guys got in a golf game at the city course. We hope to explore further this year and are looking forward to a return visit.
