There is parking for two cars (one garage space and the driveway in front of it), and a coin-operated laundry in the building. Beach chairs, sand umbrella and boogey boards are provided for your convenience and pleasure. Located in the heart of the Pier Bowl and blocks from San Clemente's historic downtown, this apartment is within walking distance to great restaurants, delightful shopping, and the Sunday Farmers' Market.
