The deck has a limited but lovely ocean view and is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing evening barbeques or afternoon sun-tanning.
Fully furnished with summery and comfortable colors and fabrics, this apartment sleeps six people (one queen, one full, and one fold-out couch in the living room), has two TV's, a full kitchen, beautiful new tiles in the bathroom, natural wood beam ceilings. There is parking for two cars (one garage space and the driveway in front of it), and a coin-operated laundry in the building. Beach chairs, sand umbrella and boogey boards are provided for your convenience and pleasure.
Located in the heart of the Pier Bowl and blocks from San Clemente's historic downtown, this apartment is within walking distance to great restaurants, delightful shopping, and the Sunday Farmers' Market.
