It is so peaceful and quiet there. Isloated but not far from the town which is only 5 miles away. You will enjoy watching the surf from your patio, watching beautiful sunrises at the front patio and sunsets at the back window. The property management provides excellent services.

The property is owned by a family in Austin, Texas. Robert is a District Manager for a telecomunications company and Susie works part time at a school. The family loves to go fishing and swimming at the beach. Robert is an avid fisherman and loves to fish at Port Aransas bay area. Feel free to ask us for any fishing tips.

It is a very beautiful and clean condo with a super view of the ocean. We loved this place. We are impressed on how nicely and up to date the condo was decorated and furnished. Feels more like a 2nd home rather than a hotel. The access to beach was terrific and it was nice to be away from the town but yet it was a short drive to Port Aransas where we can get everything we need there. Thumbs up!

Condo was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable beds, great view of the ocean. Bunk beds are next to washer/dryer and there is no door. Property was well-maintained, TVs in every room, lots of dishes/pots/etc. The pool was very clean, nice lounge chairs, and had tables with umbrellas. Was a short walk on the boardwalk to the white sand beach. (Be aware that cars can drive on the beach.) A/C wasn't working well and was fixed promptly. Loved the playground and splash pad, although they are close to the road (not adjacent to the condos) and it takes a few minutes to walk there. Short drive to town. One internet plug-in connection (no wifi). Enjoyed our stay and would return.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We took our first family vacation to Port Aransas last month. We had an absolute blast! I expected since the pictures on this site were taken almost five years ago, that the place would be a bit run down. That was not the case at all! If anything, it was even nicer than the photos. The pool was incredible as well. We have two small children and this pool was perfect. Half of the pool is only 2 feet deep. Both of my kids (ages 2 and 4) could walk around in the pool without holding my hand! This condo was so inviting and cozy. Perfect for a family. The master bedroom and bathroom were perfect! Couldn't have asked for better. The balcony was amazing! Had our morning coffee every day on the balcony, as well as a nice beer or glass of wine at night. Wonderful. Only pointer to the owner: the refrigerator was not as cold as it could have been (even after adjusting). I did leave a note to that effect and am assuming the issue has been addressed. Everything was smooth, from check-in to check-out. I fully intend on making Port Aransas our yearly family vacation spot, and hope to stay in this condo each time! Thank you so much for a memorable vacation!

Everything about this property was great. It was clean very well put together. Everything was up to date if not new and everything needed for our stay was right there.One trip to the store for groceries and we were set. The view is spectacular and the sound of the ocean and smell of the surf was very relaxing. The property location was perfect. It was just a few minutes outside of Port Aransas and about ten from Corpus. It was just far away enough to have plenty of room on the beach to ourselves and close enough we could run into town for fun or supplies at a moments notice. Must do's while there included Dolphin Encounter's dolphn tour, the USS Lexington musem, and fishing fromm the pier in Rockport. Our favorite Port A. restaraunts were Moby Dick's for awesome seafood and the San Juan Taqueria for very authentic, very good, and VERY inexpensive mexican food. Both places have awesome service. This was the perfect place for our family of four. It will be the place we go everytime we are in the Corpus Christi area. Well done to the owners and the property managers. We loved it!!!
