This architecturally distinct house built in 1975 has been completely restored and professionally designed with Mid-Century modern decor. With its hillside setting and vistas, this two-story home has a spacious 3,400 sq ft. of living area plus expansive decks to enjoy the surroundings. The hillside gardens around the house, with a wide variety of horticultural delights and the expansive views complete this memorable experience.
The main living space has an open floor plan with wide views in every direction. A kitchen and wet bar are the heart of the pavilion-like living space which has two dining areas and a set of cozy sofas in front of the fireplace. Step outside the living room onto the expansive 2,000 sq ft deck with two outdoor dining areas and relaxing chaise lounges.
The main floor also has one of two master bedrooms with king size mattress and a private bath, a second bedroom with queen bed, an additional bath and a reading room with twin size daybed. Every room throughout has lovely views, privacy and the quality furnishings and bedding that you would expect in a world class resort.
The lower floor has the second master suite with king bed and bath, and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and bath. An additional lounge room has 2 twin day beds, and the TV/Living room has 2 full sofa beds for extra sleeping. In addition, there are 2 queen futons available for use anywhere in the house. A kitchenette,dining area and fifth full bathroom are adjacent to the large view deck featuring more outdoor dining and lounging possibilities next to the black bottom pool. Located on one of Napa Valley's most scenic and serene back roads you'll find this place great for walking, jogging and biking. The house is surrounded by incredible gardens filled with amazing plants including dozens of fragrant roses and other botanical treats. Beyond the gardens, wide trails lead through meadows down to the creek and beyond. You can walk for hours through diverse natural habitat, continue beyond the borders of this 80 acre ranch into 1000's of acres of open space. It just doesn't get any better than this! |
