Me and my family stayed here for spring break. We loved the condo. Had everything we needed. It was clean and very nice. A lot of things to see and do within walking distance. Will stay here again. Very much would recommend to anyone.

Owner was kind, flexible and great to work around our schedule. This was our first stay at Emerald Beach Resort and would definitely return. Our condo was clean, spacious and decorated nicely. Loved the master bedroom with the breathtaking view of the gulf. It was great having a safe, covered parking garage for use each day. I would highly recommend this condo and the resort!

Renter was very easy to work with! Very nice condo with very nice beds and baths. Ice maker works but cannot get ice out of door. That is the only thing that was less than excellent. I will definetly rent again. Highly recommended.

Summer Fun 2010

We stayed here June 5 thru June 12 and had a wonderful experience. When we arrived I did have to contact the owner regarding some issues but he took care of them right away. Dealing with this owner was a dream come true. This is an excellent resort and we had a blast ! Unfortunately someone who stayed there prior left dirty dishes in the cabinet and the pots and pans were not cleaned. The seats are busting out of the patio chairs and the toilet in the master bath was broke and my husband had to repair it with "Dental Floss". The weather stripping around the front door along with the bottom latch is gone so all the cool air was escaping. All the lamp shades on those beautiful lamps were broken. I informed the owner and I'm sure he will take care of these issues. This condo was on the 14th floor with excellent views and the condo itself was beautiful. Thanks for letting us stay and we are sure to return !!

Owner response:Unfortunately some under 25 renters will sneak in past the goalie by using their parents to book it, as was the case here. It took us a little extra time to clean everything for this one, but we're getting even better at screening those type of people out now. Sorry about the inconvenience (we had the cleaners come back a second time at no charge) and it won't happen again!

Awesome Condo, Great Owner, Great Value

We stayed here from 03/27/2010 to 04/03/2010. Very nice condo with nice furnishings. It is exactly as described if not better. Very clean and well maintained. I couldn't have been more happy with the experience. Garrett (the owner) was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. You can absolutely trust this guy. I will definitely go back. Some very nice touches: Pool passes are provided, and there are two nice beach chairs, this saves you $50 per day because the chase lounges cost $25 each to rent from Wyndham each day. There isn't anything you should need to bring from home other than clothes, and money. The condo is very well furnished with a full compliment of kitchen ware. There is also an ironing board and an iron provided.

Paradise on the Beach

Emerald Beach has something to offer for all ages from football at the sky bar, Dj and games at the pool, and water sports on the beach.The location is great-lots of resturants and a huge shopping mall all within walking distance.The condo was very clean and neat with more than enough room for our family. The view from the master bedroom and balcony doesn't get any better!! Owner was wonderful to work with --very flexible and gave us lots of tips on things to do and see. Can't wait to return next year!!! Thanks for sharing your home away from home with our family.

GREAT CONDO

We had a great time here the condo was beautiful, the view to the beach from the master bedroom is incredible, mi kids had a blast, we want to come back next year. The owner of the property is great easy to deal with......just great no complains what so ever.

Wonderful Time

My friends and I just spent a week down there and had an amazing time. Our room was gorgeous down to the granite counters and the fully appointed kitchen. The pool and tiki bar were a blast, and the security seemed to be great (i.e. it wasn't crowded from stragglers from the beach).

Our condo was absolutely gorgeous, stylish and well appointed. The owner was one of the nicest gentleman I've encountered on VRBO. He was very thoughtful and we will defiantly rent from him again on our next trip to Panama City!!

This condo is amazing! It has an awesome view. You get to see the sunset on the ocean every night. It is not far from all the big clubs and bars. Its perfect for a bunch of friends or a family! I can't wait to go back.
